I received outstanding service during my stay. When I gave birth here, the staff was incredibly supportive and respectful throughout my delivery. They consistently checked on me during the night and were dedicated to ensuring my comfort. The nurses and all the team members took excellent care of my newborn as well. The doctors were exceptional in their work. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone. My rating would be 10 stars, though I can only provide five.
The staff are all very nice and helpful, but this hospitals layout is a hot mess and the communication for surgery waiting sorely needs an update. Plus the security here is rude. There are no clear signs or directions without asking someone, and desks are set back so you can't see them. If you want to wait with someone before surgery I suggest that you come in with them and never leave because otherwise you'll be waiting around forever even if the patient is done in preop prep. Honestly, if you ever have a choice I would opt for a banner facility.
Antepartum, Labor and Delivery and 50% of the NICU staff are fantastic! There’s definitely some that I don’t feel follow boundaries properly. Honestly would score lower due to some nurses in the nicu but the L&D ward is so good.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire ER team who cared for me during a very emotional and difficult day. I was told that I had the best team working that day, and I can honestly say that was absolutely true.
From the moment I arrived, every person I encountered treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The team supported me every step of the way—from my time in the ER, through preparation for surgery, and even afterward when I was wheeled out to be picked up later that night.
Although I was scared and overwhelmed, everyone took the time to make me feel comfortable, cared for, and reassured. Their kindness meant more to me than I can express. Thank you to every nurse, doctor, technician, and staff member who played a part in my care. I will never forget the compassion you showed me during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life.
Despite being in a nice location, this place is struggling. Came to the emergency room with my elderly mom who had a fall and bad laceration. We watched literally every person who checked in after us, be called back before us. We asked only to be told 'you're next' at least 3 times, while others continued to be called back. Nurses giggling about their dinner delivery, admissions being unprofessional and unfriendly. If we weren't concerned about an infection developing and needing actual medical assistance, we would have left. I don't recommend.
ER staff was quick and professional. My wife's room was excellent, as was her care. She loved the wide menu selection. The main hospital is a mess on the ground floor due to construction, with a long walk from the parking garage, but the temporary signage is good. An all around good experience.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at HonorHealth’s emergency room. While the front desk staff and initial intake nurse were kind and efficient, everything after that was disorganized and frustrating.
I spent over 6.5 hours waiting, with no clear communication or sense of urgency. The staff appeared completely out of sync, as if no one knew what the next step in the process was. I had to personally request, twice! that my doctor be contacted, and staff had to physically go find her because she wasn’t responding to messages.
When the doctor finally came to see me, she seemed unprepared and confused, asking me if I had received updates or follow-ups, which I had not, because that was her responsibility. What made it even more frustrating is that she had walked past me multiple times over several hours without acknowledging me at all.
After all that time with no urgency or communication, I was then asked if I wanted to be admitted so a specialist could “possibly” see me the next day. That suggestion felt unreasonable after such a long wait with no real care or direction, and honestly came across as more of a push for admission than a solution.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of coordination, communication, and urgency is concerning, especially for an emergency room setting. I would not recommend this ER if you are in need of timely and attentive medical care.
My adult daughter had complications after the surgery she had. A whole team of doctors collaborated to figure out what was wrong and how to help her. In her month long hospitalization she had great care by doctors, nursing staff in the F wing, and other staff. Most of them were kind, helpful and seemed truly interested in her, not just doing their job. Thank you for making an intense situation easier.
