I'm not sure how this hospital ever received some bad reviews, but my experience there was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in through the front door, I was accompanied to admissions. That process was quick and easy, and I was once again accompanied to my procedure area. The hospital is clean, and the technology is impressive. My pre-op nurses were wonderful, kind and professional. My doctor (Dr. Elias) and his staff in the Cath Lab were the same - just outstanding. Even in recovery, a nurse went out of her way to bring me a menu, so I could order some food. Totally unexpected, but since I had to stay for a few hours, very much appreciated. She also made sure to bring the food back to me, and it was hot and tasty. You know what they say about hospital food? Not here, because the menu was awesome and the food was much better than I expected. Overall, it was a five star experience, and my sincere thanks go out to everyone that cared for me.
Was having breathing issues after a long flight back from England. This spot is 4 mins from our winter condo. We saw the low rating and almost opted to go somewhere else. That would’ve been a HUGE miss! We are so glad we chose this ER.
Lobby was empty so they triaged right away. Got back without 10 mins. Room really nice. Nurses, PA, respiratory tech, imaging techs, registration and check-in crew were all nice, pleasant, respectful, and kind. Even security was nice. I got quality, thorough care without feeling rushed. AND it was all before I even gave them my insurance information. So my insurance wasn’t a factor.
I’m so thankful this place is less than 5 mins from my husband and me. If needed, we will return in a heartbeat. I can’t speak for those who gave low ratings, but I had to come here to offer those reviewing here a totally different perspective and experience. Give them a chance. I hope you’ll be treated as well as I was. It could save your life.
This is the most caring ER I have ever been to. Went there during a very vulnerable and saddening emergency, and I was treated with such kindness and respect from the staff there. Even though it was very busy when I arrived I was able to get in and out within 4 hours even with the wait for test results. The nurses, PA, and ultrasound technician that worked with me were all super wonderful ladies and I am so extremely grateful to them for the care they provided me with and the compassion they showed me. 10/10 best ER ever.
Just want to thank the 6th floor staff for taking care of me while I was there for four nights from 5/14-5/18. Recovering from spinal fusion revision was very difficult , they were there every step of the way.
I want here for chronic migraines. My neurologist was Daniel Smoots. He asked many questions, was extremely attentive, allowed me time to explain everything relavent, gave me many treatment options he explained great especially when I asked for more detail, and was very helpful in getting referrals and medication I needed. It was also very easy to contact him via the honorhealth website when I needed to change the location for my MRI.
I arrived late because of something entirely out of my control, and I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get seen. Despite my stress the office staff were helpful and got me in anyways.
They took excellent care of my husband. The staff was attentive and amazing. The food was one of his favorite things, despite the setting he was in, it made a huge difference in his stay. I’ve had other family members stay with equally impressive experiences. I highly recommended.
I went to this ER with a painful abscess behind my knee that needed urgent treatment. After triage and having my vital signs taken, I was told the orthopedic physician wasn’t available and the treatment I needed couldn’t be provided that day. I had to leave and seek care elsewhere, where the abscess was expeditiously diagnosed, drained, and treated with antibiotics.
A few days later, I received a bill from HonorHealth for $3,583 for what appears to be an emergency room facility fee despite receiving no imaging, lab work, medications, or procedure at HonorHealth. When I called billing, I was told it was simply the ER visit fee.
I’m now requesting a review of both the billing and the documentation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this ER.
I met with the staff at Restore Wellness this morning for a consultation! They were friendly, knowledgeable & professional! They reviewed the process with me and provided information on next steps. I felt very comfortable there. I have a follow up appointment later this week. I look forward to beginning the therapy soon!
