Excellent all around. Dr. Greene was calm and kind. Megan was kind and friendly as well. Steve the X-ray tech was quick and the xray procedure was simple. I’m thankful this facility is within minutes of my home and will be using it in emergency situations going forward. I do miss Fresh and Easy, which was the last business to be there, and it’s not a stretch to say that the medical care was also Fresh and Easy!

I’m really glad I chose East Valley ER. The staff were kind, personable, professional and helpful. I called their radiologist (Steve) before my appointment. He took the time to answer my questions about the CT scan my doctor recommended. I needed it ASAP to rule out a potentially life-threatening illness. I was able to get the scan that same day—unlike SimonMed—and without the long wait and hassle that I would’ve had at a big hospital. The results came back within an hour. Best of all, the price tag was much lower than I expected. I thought I’d have to shell out at least $1000, but they only charged me $300.

I registered online before going in, and the whole visit went smoothly. The check‑in staff were professional, friendly, and very welcoming. The nurse called me back right away, took my vitals, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor came in shortly after and was kind, attentive, and thorough. The X‑ray tech was professional, gentle, and very respectful, and I received my results quickly. The facility is beautiful, clean, bright, and well cared for. Everyone I met was caring and accommodating throughout my visit. If you need ER or urgent care services, I would confidently recommend this place.

Great staff who were nice and caring. Doctor was very knowledgeable and had good bedside manners. I was lucky and got there when the area was empty, so I was seen very quickly. Highly recommend if you need to be seen for something higher than urgent care, and lesser than hospital ER visit.

Fantastic! I was in for a concussion. They got me right in as there was no one there so there was no weight. They took my vitals and gave me the option to have a CT scan or not. I chose to. I was in and out in under an hour and a half! All the staff was extremely pleasant. My doctor was wonderful and very informative. I highly recommend this ER. I have a new ER should anything arise.

I was having issues with heart palpitations yesterday and when I arrived the staff whisked me right in and got me hooked up and settled in faster than I could sign in. The entire medical staff were very pleasant and super accommodating to any needs. Highly recommend 👌 Gratefully everything is all good and no extra steps needed. I will be seeking out a cardiologist just for good measure via advice from the doctor

Medical providers please read, East Valley ER location in Sun Lakes and Gilbert on Power Road offer cash pay labs and radiology services, I have sent multiple patients here for same day Mri with interpretation for $300, just the convenience and not having to mess with insurance companies makes this a killer deal, they are very efficient and they email you the report which you forward to ortho or whatever specialty you would like. Both Hospitals are very clean, the staff is nice and efficient at their jobs. I hurt my left knee and called over and was able to get an MRI the very next day, No arguing with insurance companies or Preapprovals, just pay the very reasonable $300 or whatever low fee they have for that test lab or radiology. A shout out to STEVE the MRI tech who is very good at his job and efficiently got me in and out, thank you, sir. Providers, send them your cash patients because this is the way medicine should be.
