I have been seeing Dr. Zuckerman for over ten years now. Doctor is very nice, and so are the staff members. He provides feedback that interests the client and not otherwise. The results are quite effective. He wants good for you. My skin was a lot worse, now it is rectified with proper consultation. However, in my experience, the service that other practicing doctors provided in the same office are not that effective and I don’t see them now so cannot speak to their work now. My initial choice was to see Dr. Zuckerman and I am happy that I have continued to do so.
I’ve had such a great experience at this dermatology office. The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they really take the time to listen to any concerns I have. The dermatologist is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Dr zuckerman is awesome and Christina is my favorite medical assistant. I’ve seen such an improvement in my skin since coming here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dermatologist!
I’ve been going to this dermatology center for years and every single time, I am treated with the upmost respect, kindness, professionalism, and understanding. The workers are super cooperative and supportive. They have been treating my acne for years and I have seen great results. The doctors are very knowledgeable and connect with you and it doesn’t feel like a scary doctor’s appointment but more like a conversation with someone who wants to help you. It’s a very trusting, non-judgmental environment. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dermatology center to check this place out.
You have to stay on top of them non stop when it comes to processing pre-authorization for your insurance. I had two insurances at the time of my dates of services/different policies but same thing of incompetence and lack of response and non stop back and forth. They process the prior authorization and then don’t notify you of the status, you have to call them to beg them to submit the prescriptions requests to the insurance or you call them and they are not here. You are told they will get back to you and you never hear back. I spoke with Carly (Office Manager) last time and she was helpful. But this time given my prescriptions the insurance asked me to try instead and it did not work, I called them a week ago to put it through to the program RX that THEY RECOMMENDED I take and to request my carrier pays for the original meds. The request was approved but NO ONE bothered to put my medication through or notify me. I had to call and beg them to put it through. Carly calls me back (completely different personality I might add) snarky tone and tell me they will put it through their speciality pharmacy in which I specifically told them not to put it though them and to send to CVS (they send my RXs to CVS before) but they want to send business to this pharmacy which is a nightmare all in itself. I will be researching other dermatologists because this office is a headache. I might as well bill my prescription myself!
I was referred by a friend, and Dr. Zuckerman did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and there was little to no wait time. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive. They took the time to fully understand the concerns of myself, my daughter, and my mother. We were given clear prescriptions and honest guidance on what we need to do to improve, as well as insight into the root of our conditions. I can confidently say I’ve found a new dermatologist!”l
My visit today at doctor Zuckerberg with him and his staff was excellent. I love coming here even though it's been years. I currently live in Maryland and I made a appointment to drive 3 hours because this place is worth it and I will continue to use them from where I live because when the service is this good distance doesn't matter.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jordan Zuckerman for around 20 years, which says a lot on its own. He recently removed a cyst for me, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I’ve also seen him for concerns about easy bruising, and he has always been thorough, calm, and reassuring. He’s the kind of doctor who makes you feel comfortable and well cared for.
My very first visit with Dr Zuckerman and his team and will definitely be back for all dermatological issues. He is a good listener and has a warm demeanor that shows knowledge and care. His staff were also great at customer service!
