Had an amazing experience with Dr. Jeneby and his team! From preop to post op, the care was great and the staff was patient with me. The receptionist at the front desk and Oxcana helped me to understand the paperwork and made sure I was able to make my necessary preop appointments. Paola, Daya, and Arturo took care of me before and after the surgery, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. My overnight nurse, Jordan, was very informative about the post op and we talked about a lot of things to help me while im in recovery. Dr. Jeneby is hilarious! He told me I looked "bad ass" lmao. Im so glad I went with Dr. Jeneby. He made me laugh, made me feel comfortable, and answered any and every question I had. An amazing team all around. Cant wait to see the final results in a few months. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!! So glad I saw that billboard lol

My Post-op care was excellent — the follow-up appointments were prompt, recovery instructions were clear, and the nursing team checked in regularly to monitor my progress and manage pain. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly, which made my recovery much less stressful.

Dr. Jeneby and his staff are truly amazing. After a full mommy makeover, lipo 360, BBL, and breast augmentation, she could not be more pleased. The coordinating staff, shout out to Dominique for all her assistance and the recovery staff her nurse William truly care and take so much extra time to treat you like a queen. From the initial intake to the private recovery suites this team has worked out all the kinks. Pre packaged recovery kits with all you need to recover and achieve the perfect results. Patient teaching was top notch and no detail was left unanswered.

The staff here are wonderful! Everyone I came into contact with was kind and professional. Andy the PA was amazing, not only was she super helpful before the procedure and after but months later when I was back in Alaska, she's still just as attentive. The two weeks of recovery in San Antonio she was attentive and extremely helpful in my recovery. Not only that, a month later after I flew back home, she helped me identify that I had a blood clot and I was able to get it treated immediately due to her being so proactive and attentive. She's literally a lifesaver!
