I have been a patient here for 6+ years. This office is very clean, the doctor is informative and the staff is always kind. I am a nurse and always vet the offices I go to. I have received Accutane in 2019/2020 which went well. I have a vial of sculptra which seems to be a new practice for the provider but I had no issues with. I’ve received Botox and Dysport by both Dr.Groff and PA Vanessa. I recently received micro-needling done by Brittany (The aesthetician) she is beyond knowledgeable. I have received a skin check by Vanessa and sent off two moles. While this office has done a pretty good job. I have always felt rushed and had to ask for some basic care and courtesy. They don’t really do any follow up calls, they rush you throughout the appointment and if you have follow up questions they ask you to make an appointment. The moles I had sent off I was not made aware that I would incur an additional cost. 560$ to have two moles sent off is very alarming to receive in the mail. I thought the cost was included in the checkout price of about 400$ but I did receive a bill in the mail that was additional. It was surprising and I believe the providers should have a from or something that tell the patient that they will receive a extra bill. I will continue to go to this office for simple micro needling and possible laser treatments but will now be going to another office for major concerns.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Groff for 5 or more years now. Every time I have an issue, she has the right treatment for me. I tried finding a new dermatologist once I moved out of state, but couldn’t find anyone that would be so quick and spot on with the right answers/treatment so we made it work remotely.
Dr. Groff is the best dermatologist I know and can’t thank her enough for the brilliant care she provides.
The staff is always nice and quick to respond (I only had one instance where they didn’t pick up the phone the first time I called). Just overall amazing care and staff!

I’ve been going to Dr. Groff for 5 years now and she’s always been super friendly and just amazing! She has been helping me with my rosacea and my skin has improved so much. Her staff is always friendly, the wait time is always quick, and the appointments are quick but she’s always very thorough. I’m glad I decided to go to Dynamic Dermatology, I’m very happy with my overall experience.
Dr. Groff is awesome! She has a great bedside manner I guess is what they call it. My brother died from Melanoma. So he made me promise I would always get checked. Dr. Groff has a way of making you feel at ease about something you are nervous about. And then when she tells you a spot you were worried about is “a good guy”, and teases you a bit about just getting older, it always makes me laugh. Her staff is awesome too! Always very professional. You are always greeted when you walk in and they are always smiling. I wish all doctors and their staff were this pleasant!
Dr. Groff was patient, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She was helpful, professional and gave me plenty of time to talk through my treatment and next steps. Her office staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. Overall, my experience was perfect. So glad I found Dr. Groff and her practice!
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was a very pleasant experience. The PA Daniella was one of the best I’ve had from a Provider. She has such a positive, kind, caring demeanor. She answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly without me feeling rushed and I knew it was an extra busy day for her. Her technique was also very gentle and precise.
Their employees are also so kind and welcoming. Her Medical Assistant, Skye, had the sweetest, most gentle nature with the best smile upon greeting me!
I highly recommend Dynamic Dermatology! Really, I’ve heard that all their providers are the best! 😊
If I could give 10 stars I would. I had the pleasure of seeing Vanessa Hinojosa PA-C. I initially tried to see my previous dermatologist but they no longer take my insurance so I switched to this office. Blessing in disguise. I have psoriatic arthritis and my psoriasis is unbearable right now. I was able to get in to see a dermatologist fairly quickly. Checking in was very easy. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Waiting room was comfortable and even though they had a good amount of patients I was seen on time and in and out in 30 minutes. I dread new patient paperwork because I have arthritis and my hands hurt. They have a tablet that allows you to fill out paperwork easy. It also notifies them when you’re done. Lauren was so kind and helpful. I’m usually trying to recall what doctors say during appointment or taking notes on my phone which I feel rude doing but after an amazing visit where Vanessa Hinojosa gave me hope about some relief Lauren handed me a paper with everything discussed written on it. I was so thankful and surprised because no office has ever done that before. Smoothest appointment ever. I felt seen,heard and cared about. My medications were ready to pick up 2 hours after my appointment. Let’s just say I’m thankful and highly recommend this office.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Groff several years for my annual skin cancer checkup. She seems to sincerely care about my concerns and I have not had any major concerns to deal with. Her attention to detail and observation of my various assortment of topical blemishes have probably aided in the fact. Thanks.
