From start to finish, I was treated with respect and kindness. Even when I called to make my appointment, the person on the other end was so sweet. I LOVE Mr. Lafayette and the other nice lady at check-in! The medical assistant was professional. Dr. Wang and her assistant, Luis (I think that was his name) were very professional. I was quite embarrassed because I have so many skin issues, also it was humid outside and I was so sweaty! But, nothing but kindness from both. Lastly, I really want to remember her name-I feel awful forgetting but she checked me out. Beautiful smile and perfect skin, she was very reassuring and the kindest soul. I asked her about cosmetic services and I felt completely at ease. I was a Baylor patient for 15 years or so but all my favorite doctor’s moved on to bigger and better things in other states. I am THRILLED I gave Bellaire Dermatology a chance-you will too! Come see the magic here!
After living with Hidradenitis Suppurativa for more than 15 years with little improvement — even after seeing 10+ doctors over the years — finding Dr. Craig Teller and his physician assistant, Shelby Bonn, has been such a positive experience. During my first visit, they were both attentive, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Their knowledge and professionalism immediately gave me confidence in my care. For the first time in a long time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful and encouraged about my new treatment plan. I’m very grateful for the care, kindness, and support they showed me.
While i wasnt fond of the lady at the front desk who was very short with me. Dr. Wang and her assistant nurse are absolutely amazing. I havent had a doctor this great in a while. She is receptive and understanding. She really has her patients best interests at heart. I will definitely be asking for her for my dermatology needs.
My wife was seen today by Dr. Floyd. Dr. Floyd was extremely attentive. She heard everything we said and took the time to answer all our questions. Her assistant Cindy was fabulous making my wife and myself feel comfortable and definitely made a difference. They both made great team. Thank you for the great care.
All of the great reviews you read here are true! Lovely vibe from the check in at the waiting room all the way to the beautiful two ladies that check you out. They booked my next appointment, offered and explained skincare and sunscreen available which I purchased as it was too convenient not to. Dr. Floyd diagnosed and started treatment for my exzema right away. Her knowledge is great but her bedside manners are even better. She makes her patients at ease. Her assistant Cindy was equally amazing. She listened to me and took notes on my condition...initiated the paperwork for Dupixant and even gave me my initial injections.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Allison Bootin and Nicole who assisted her. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Dr. Bootin took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment options, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
I highly recommend Dr. Casey Wang. Her treatments are incredibly efficient, and I have seen noticeable improvement after every single visit. Beyond her technical skill, she is exceptionally kind and considerate, which has made a huge difference in my experience. I feel much more confident in my recovery thanks to her care.
The clinic staff is also wonderful. The receptionist is very nice, and the nurses are highly professional, making the entire visit seamless and comfortable.
