Matthew was friendly and went over my hx clearly. He made concise notes and immediately forwarded the info to Dr. Clos. She eventually came in and immediately diagnosed the skin condition. She and Matthew worked well together to send a script to my pharmacy then set up the follow up directive. The triage room is wonderfully clean.

Every time I’ve gone to BCD, I have had a wonderful experience. My MA today, Ankita was thorough, helpful, and very kind. Emily Richter PA-C also made this a great experience. She listened to me & made sure I got the treatment I needed.

I’ve been battling with rosacea for over 6 years! Seen other dermatologists and nothing ever worked. Dr.Sra has literally saved my skin. My glow is back and she makes sure to address any concern I may have. Love the staff, the place is so nice, and Anika was super sweet! Esthetician Anna informed me on my next treatment plan as well. 10/10 across the board! Thank you all so much!

What a great experience! From start to finish everyone was so nice. Ankita Talukdar was so friendly and calming. I was really nervous for my procedure, and she made me feel at ease. Dr. Basra was very informative and listened to all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this place!

My aesthetician, Mary was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job explaining everything. I will definitely be back to see Mary. My only complaint is with the front office and billing department. It is extremely difficult to reach a live person or get a callback when I have questions, need to follow up on an appointment, or schedule a new one. On several occasions, I spent over a week trying to get in touch with someone. Ironically, while I was waiting for my appointment, I never heard the office phone ring, which made me wonder whether the ringer is off or the automated system is blocking calls to the front desk. Whatever the reason, it is very frustrating when you need to speak with someone about an important medical appointment. The providers have been wonderful, but better phone access and communication from the front office would greatly improve the overall patient experience.

I went in today to see Dr. Sra for a dermatology issue, but ended up asking for a consultation with Mary their Esthetician. I mentioned to Mary that I hadn’t had any injectables in three years due to a bad experience that I had with another office and she assured me that they had some prescription strength numbing cream that would give me the relief that I need in order to get pain free injections. Mary did not lie. I left the office without feeling traumatized. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and stress-free.

Dr Marzuka is awesome. He is so competent and spot on quick with his diagnosis and treatments. I immediately felt in capable hands. I’ve seen him twice and will go back. The assistants are equally capable and inviting. Finally the building is new and beautiful. All in all it’s a perfect experience going to the dermatologist. I highly recommend them.

Naomi at the front desk provided truly exceptional service. From the moment I called, she greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness. She patiently answered all of my many questions with sincerity and took the time to clearly explain the scheduling process so I felt completely taken care of. Naomi’s professionalism, attentiveness, and caring attitude made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. She’s an incredible asset to the team, and her level of customer service truly stands out
