I love Dermatology SA! Every time I’ve checked in I get called to the back in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Lenz is so friendly and knowledgeable. She takes special care and attention to any concerns that I have and explains treatment in detail. It’s very evident that she is passionate about what she does and cares for her clients. I’ll be going to her for all of my dermatology needs and highly recommend that others do the same!

I recently canceled my appointments with them. To be honest, my first appointment was great. The PA, Felipe Galvan, addressed all my concerns effectively. However, the issue arose when I needed a follow-up from his assistant. It took me more than two weeks to receive a response. Since they use a voicemail system to reach out, it seemed quite inefficient.

Dr. Odom listened carefully and made sure I was OK with the course of action he wanted to take. He made sure that anything he was recommending would not have an adverse effect with the medication I am already taking. He has great bedside manner.

Extremely refreshing and pleasant compared to most doctor visits. Wonderful grounds and space. Staff was cordial. Saw the doctor within 10 minutes of my arrival. The doctor was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend her without hesitation.

Erica is INCREDIBLE! I have done Skinpens for over 10+ years & she gave me one of the BEST treatments I’ve ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of skin. Everybody here was amazing! Check-in, pre-visit check, office visit, procedure... they asked questions, provided options, constantly checked on how I was throughout the procedure... and they were extremely cognizant of the scheduled time. We have been looking for a dermatologist closer to where we live for our family and are glad to have found this office.

I've been a patient for over 20 years. Have followed the dermatologists to every new location throughout their growing phase. I love the via shavano location the most. My doctor recently retired and I was so nervous about starting with a new dermatologist but as soon as she walked in the door all my nerves were calm. She was very friendly and listened to my medical needs and explained my treatment plan for better understanding. They have always been very knowledgeable on helping me with my medical condition and attentive to all of my medical needs. Office staff and doctors are always welcoming, informative, and caring.

Had a first time appt with PA Garcia and her assistant Tiffany. Both were very professional and respectful. Had a questionable kin lesion that needed to be looked at, and PA Garcia set my mind at ease that it was just natural aging and skin damage from being a sun worshiper in my youth. She also took extra time to look over other areas of my face and arms and identified something that will need to be watched. I appreciated her joy in the fact that I went in to have an exam, which is important to have at least a yearly exam for fair skinned, ex-sunbathers as myself. And bonus, I was checked in and seen and on my way home within 30 minutes!
