My experience with Dr. Suzanne Alkul and her team during my Mohs surgery was truly exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr. Alkul was incredibly professional, clear, and compassionate. She explained every step of the procedure in detail, which helped calm my fears. She even played relaxing music during each stage of the surgery, creating a peaceful environment in what could have been a very stressful moment.
At the end, she gave me the most genuine and human hug — one that made me feel like we had accomplished something together. And we did. We removed cancer from my nose. That moment meant so much to me.
I also want to recognize her team — especially Koi. He was extraordinary. He brought me a blanket when I was cold, turned on the chair warmer, and stayed attentive to me with a beautiful combination of kindness and professionalism. He made me feel like I was being cared for by a brother.
During the anesthesia, he used calming techniques to help me relax and ease the discomfort of the injections. I truly felt like he had “angel hands” — I barely felt the needle touch my skin. He made sure I felt comfortable and cared for at all times, even in the smallest but most meaningful details. His gentleness, attentiveness, and heart left a lasting impression on me.
Omar was also part of the team and contributed to a smooth and professional experience. The entire staff worked together with excellence and compassion.
This has been a difficult season in my life, but this team made it lighter. I am deeply grateful and will always treasure the care I received.

So happy with Healthlift!! Was my first trip with my disabled Mom. Driver Trenise loaded her wheelchair with no problem. When finished with her doctor appointment I just called and driver was back to pick us up. I didn’t even have to help load or unload. Very friendly service and plan on using it again!

They were all so attentive and compassionate throughout the entire process. Dr Alkul did a wondering job of explaining everything. I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me during this scary time. The entire team was wonderful, Koi was especially great. He was very informative and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I would give these team 10 stars if I could.
The entire office is amazing! DR. Shelly is gentle thorough and has a let's get it done right now attitude! I love her! The front office staff are super kind and the surgeon im so sorry I can't remember her name is phenomenal along with her onterage that she brings with her! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Ellie Workman was absolutely wonderful with my niece. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the visit. What stood out most was her empathy and compassion. She pointed out that skin disease can also be a psychosocial challenge, and she took the time to remind my niece how beautiful her skin is, something that meant so much to us. She transmitted so much kindness and calm throughout the appointment, and her treatment recommendations were very accurate and thoughtful. We are truly grateful for her care and highly recommend her!
First time at Elite Dermatology and just wanted to say that it was a positive experience for myself and my son. We were greeted by the front desk, the wait was not long, our MA Karina was friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable. PA-C Rachel was also nice and knowledgeable. Left there satisfied with the treatment plan. We made an appointment to come back in 3 months. The facility is also clean.
