The front receptionist and staff here were so amazing. I went in for a last-minute walk-in appointment because I thought I had a broken toe. I called ahead of time to see if they had x-rays and they said yes, but I would have to come 30 minutes before closing time to be able to get an x-ray done. I went in and they greeted me very kindly, I had my infant with me and they were very accommodating with me having him with me. I spoke to the doctor and she told me that she was gonna get an x-ray done. Doctor was kind and she was very patient. The radiologist came and took me in the back while one of the nurses watched over my infant in the exam room. The radiologist was awesome and funny and he did a great job at taking my x-rays. Once I got the results, the doctor came back in to talk to me and tell me that I had a fracture on my toe. She explained that she sent a referral out to a podiatrist, and in the meantime, they would give me a boot she put the boot on for me had me sign the discharge paperwork and I went back to the waiting room to call my Medicaid Transportation. If any of you are familiar with Medicaid Transportation sometimes they take a while to come pick you up. This urgent care closes at 8 PM. I went outside to wait for my cab. It was already 8 PM as I stood there waiting with my infant, one of the staff from Banner urgent care came outside and told me to come wait inside because I was alone with a baby. It was so sweet that they cared about my concern as well as my infant especially at closing time. She even offered a bottle of water from her own personal supply. The Medicaid Transportation took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the urgent care. I profusely apologized to all the staff remaining because I had made them wait to go back to their families and they said it was absolutely OK. I was still embarrassed but they never made me feel bad about it. On the contrary, they said they would have rather waited and known I was safe with the baby than them just going home. It made my heart melt. Thank you to everybody at Banner urgent care on 7th Street for your kindness and hospitality. Once again, I do apologize for the Transportation being so late. I’m still feeling bad about it but thank you for all you did for me and my baby. Thank you. Highly recommend this place!
Visited here on a Sunday morning. The website was great and was able to make an appointment online. The facility was easy to find. The receptionist was very clear and friendly. We only waited 10mins. The space is clean and calm. The intake nurse was efficient and nice. We saw NP Jessica and she was very friendly, communicative and efficient. She listened to our concerns and very clearly explained the plan. There was a Walgreens across the street, so getting our medication was very easy. I would recommend this UC to anyone!
While everybody was kind and professional, I just got the feeling that the nurse practitioner wasn't listening. Once I was diagnosed with influenza a, she didn't listen to me when I said that I thought I had a sinus infection. I've had many in the past and know what they feel like. She just blew me off. It's now been a week since my appointment and I still have the same horrible headache. And I paid $150 for not much. I am glad that I knew I had the flu, so I could isolate, but the flu was already getting better. It's the constant headache and pressure that is getting me down. So I'm pretty disappointed
Very pleasant experience. I recently lost my health insurance because of a long term leave of absence and waiting for disability approval. Sandra at the front desk was wonderful in helping me pay out of pocket with my fsa. My NP, Jessica really took the time to listen and actually research some concerns I had to help calm some fears. I have not always had great experiences at urgent care facilities but this was a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend this facility and their team of Healthcare professionals!
What is the point of booking an appointment online if you still have to wait 2 hours for services? When I asked this question to the front desk representative(Older black woman with gray hair), i was told they only have one doctor and urgent care isn't like a doctors office. I have to wait. I said wow ok, no point in booking online. She said whatever. This location has gone down hill. Unprofessional. Update...now the provider lied to me. They bring me back to the room and it's freezing. I leave the door open in stead of being closed off in a freezing room. She closes it and tells me I can wait in the waiting area wven tho it'sbeen 2 hours already. Then comes back and says she has an emergency she's dealing with. No emergency situations have come into this office for the last 2 hours. I need someone to contact me. I want to complain. This business is running terribly. Also no one has name tags.
Seriously mediocre services. The PA who ‘saw’ me apparently never looked at the info I provided upon checking in. Did a amazingly cursory health check, never even looking at my tongue to see if I was dehydrated ( I was there for gastrointestinal issues) and they then sent me home with 3 stool sample vials but only instructions for one and with the instruction that I should go the lab and ask if I had the correct vials. Hard pass.
The care I got from the front office Teresa and the back office, Maria was exceptional! Great service and these ladies are all about helping and assisting patients.

Came in late in the evening with a large cut on my leg. The assistants were helpful flushing the wound. Everyone stayed after hours while the doctor stitched the wound
( 21 stitches) I received a tetanus shot and a prescription was called to my pharmacy.
I was given wonderful care.
