I went in for surgery. The front desk was wonderful, Stephanie and Arthur in preop were great with getting me ready for my surgical procedure. Dr. Asper and Dr. Aiden awesome with anesthesia, explained everything so well, and I didn’t feel a thing. :) I was admitted for the night after surgery, night nurse Jasmine and aide Alyssa went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. From extra pillows, nausea medicine, and even a little fan because my room was a little warm. And of course I can’t say enough good things about my surgeon, Dr. Cornejo!! I am healing well and she is amazing!! This facility was clean and every person I came in contact with were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hospital.
Went in and got seen pretty quickly and ended up having to stay for 3 days. I did request a private room since i did notice alot of the rooms were being shared and they did accommodate me, the nurses and doctors were all great. I was pleasantly surprised by the service since the ratings are so low.
Took my ex to the emergency room. The nurse Katie went out of her way to ignore us and prolong our triage. I knew my ex needed surgery and we would have to go through the process of getting a CT, labs, and IV meds. It took 10 hours to get a bed. That wasn't bad. He was scheduled for a 12pm surgery that actually started at 2:30. I had to ask for his case number to keep track of his movement and was told the surgeon would come talk to me. That never happened. I looked on the board to see that he was being taken back to him room. After a 6 hour surgery. There was no one who communicated with me and I was his only family in the building. I did not leave the surgery wait area. That is unacceptable. I was so stressed out but I didn't say anything. Because I felt like I wouldn't be heard anyways. If you can avoid this place. Please do. It's horrible.
I hope they get it together. They are very over worked and not helpful with family.
I delivered my baby here recently and had fantastic care the entire visit. We were in for an induction that turned into a c-section. I had some complications in my pregnancy that brought me in to l&d triage a few times prior and every visit was positive and I felt well taken care of. I can’t remember every person we were cared for by, but we were taken care of by nurse Demi numerous times throughout our pregnancy and during our induction. She’s absolutely amazing!! Postpartum we had Star and she was equally incredible. Everyone we were cared for by was great, throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and would deliver here again if we choose to have more babies
I’ve delivered all of my kids at Banner Estrella, but this time I had to have a C-section and honestly it was one of the scariest experiences for me. Every single nurse, CNA, doctor, and staff member was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, patient, comforting, and made such a hard experience feel so much easier. They constantly checked on me, made sure I felt cared for, and helped calm my nerves through everything. I truly cannot thank the entire labor and delivery team enough for the care and compassion they showed me and my family. I’m beyond grateful for all of you and will never forget how supported and cared for I felt during such an important moment in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to all of the staff that assisted me during my delivery and recovery. I truly appreciate every nurse, CNA, doctor, and team member who helped care for me and my baby. Your kindness, patience, support, and compassion meant more to me than words can explain. ✨✨💕💕💓💓💙💙🎉🩷
I was transported to the emergency room following an epileptic seizure. Upon arrival, I was regaining awareness and becoming more lucid. Unfortunately, my experience with both the ambulance personnel and hospital staff was deeply disappointing. I felt that I was treated with a lack of professionalism and respect throughout my care.It was particularly concerning to feel dismissed and not listened to, especially regarding my own understanding of my body and condition. As a patient, I expected a higher standard of care, compassion, and attentiveness from trained medical professionals.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hospital. I believe there are serious concerns regarding the level of professionalism and patient-centered care provided.

Worst hospital experience ever save save whoever you're bringing here by not bringing them here you guys please really review hospital before taking anyone to make story short the doctor for got to stop the medication giving to my mom and so my mom was getting worse so I asked the nurse when was the doctor coming in she said soon then I asked her if she can give me an exact time she said no with an extremely rude attitude .so then I told her I want to speak with administration and director to transfer my mom to a different hospital it was then when they saw i it just got real because they weren't doing their job right and so then the doctor came in and literally apologized for not reviewing the results of the labs and stopping the medication i have the video I will upload. Please you guys be very thorough if you come here god bless and stay alert ⚠️....
This hospital emergency room is Horrible, they don't even know how to do triage!!! My body was full of glass and they wouldn't do anything about it! I sat for hours and had to do my own triage! My mom sat for 16 hours on a gurney with a broken leg until they transfered her to Boswell!! She was 82 and passed away soon after because of them!!!! They killed my uncle by giving him merca and almost killed my cousin who had food poisoning by sending her home. She went to a better hospil and barely made it before she died!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! THEY WILL KILL YOU OR MAKE YOU WORSE OFF THAN WHEN YOU STARTED!!!!
