We had a great experience at Advanced Dermatology. I went with my mom to get her arm checked because it was flaring up, and the entire visit went smoothly. Yadhira was wonderful at check-in as she was friendly, welcoming, and made the process quick and easy. Dr. Chang took great care of my mom, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We really appreciated the excellent care and customer service. Highly recommend!

After a week of visiting multiple medical offices I was very impressed with Advances respect of my time. Their staff was very professional and efficient. The whole appointment was seamless from the initial greeting to the exit process . It was an experience that I have seldom experienced in other doctors offices. Oh , and the care was exceptional! I’m very happy with my visit as a new patient at Advanced Dermatology. I called on Thursday and I got in on Monday. The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. The doctor and her assistant were very helpful and I will definitely be back if I need to go back. I would recommend this place for sure.
Very good experience. I got there a little early and checked in immediately. The young lady took me to the room and i was seen very quickly after.They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. I felt very comfortable. I was in and finished in 15 minutes. My kind of doctors appt
Lack of communication from office staff. I’ve paid $180 for my daughter’s initial visit which is fine but the service after has been MUTE! Was told a prior auth is required for her medication and is being worked on which takes 3-5 business days. It has been 2 weeks now. I’ve called several times and only get to a voicemail. Nonetheless, Dr.Shayla seems great and was welcoming (sugarland locstion) but the staff or whomever handles insurance/pa’s process dropped the ball. I am still waiting unfortunately.
