We had a great experience at Advanced Dermatology. I went with my mom to get her arm checked because it was flaring up, and the entire visit went smoothly. Yadhira was wonderful at check-in as she was friendly, welcoming, and made the process quick and easy. Dr. Chang took great care of my mom, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We really appreciated the excellent care and customer service. Highly recommend!

Lack of communication from office staff. I’ve paid $180 for my daughter’s initial visit which is fine but the service after has been MUTE! Was told a prior auth is required for her medication and is being worked on which takes 3-5 business days. It has been 2 weeks now. I’ve called several times and only get to a voicemail. Nonetheless, Dr.Shayla seems great and was welcoming (sugarland locstion) but the staff or whomever handles insurance/pa’s process dropped the ball. I am still waiting unfortunately.
