I cannot say enough good things about this office. This is truly the best dermatology clinic I have ever been to. Every person here is thoughtful, professional, well-trained, and exemplary at what they do. The entire office runs so smoothly, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, and you can tell the whole team genuinely cares about patient experience and results.
I see Irma for facials, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her technique is truly unparalleled compared to any other esthetician I’ve been to; her precision, patience, and attention to detail make every facial feel luxurious, personalized, and incredibly thorough. She takes her time with every treatment and always makes sure I leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and happy with my skin.
I also see Dr. Paltiel and Dr. Goldvekht, and they are both amazing. They explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and are very thoughtful and cautious when discussing treatment options. I really appreciate that they never rush decisions and always make sure I understand what would be most helpful, safe, and effective for my long-term goals.
The reception team is also fantastic, which makes such a difference because they are the first impression of the office and set the tone for the entire patient experience. I always try to book my appointments through Zina at the front desk because she is phenomenal — attentive, helpful, warm, and truly such a ray of sunshine.
What stands out the most is that this office never makes you feel like they are trying to push unnecessary treatments. Their prices are reasonable, and the focus always feels like it is on helping patients make the best decisions for themselves in the long run. Everyone here works together like a well-oiled machine, and the care is consistently excellent.
I am so grateful to have found this hidden gem of an office, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for dermatology or cosmetic care that is honest, thoughtful, highly skilled, and patient-centered.
I would never recommend this office.
The doctor barely examined me and didn’t explain my condition or treatment. I left the appointment feeling like my concerns didn’t matter.
Afterward, I requested a refill and asked for a more affordable medication because my insurance didn’t cover the original prescription. It took three phone calls before they finally agreed to submit a prior authorization. Then they made me wait almost an entire month with no updates.
After a month, I was told the PA had been denied, but no one could explain why. Instead, they suddenly said I needed another appointment because I hadn’t been seen in over 3 months. If that was their policy, why wasn’t I told on day one? They knew exactly when my last visit was, yet they wasted an entire month of my time before telling me I had to come back.
The communication is terrible, the front desk is rude, and the entire experience made me feel like collecting another office visit fee was more important than taking care of a patient.
Save yourself the frustration and find a different doctor’s office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Paltiel for many years now. I trust him and his recommendations completely. I also get facials there once a month, and the technician is professional and very knowledgeable. The reception team is generally very friendly. However, today, Samira’s attitude undermined the great atmosphere that has been maintained in the office for years. If someone does not have the ability to be kind and personable, they should reconsider working in an industry where interaction about treatments and products is essential. Her demeanor was untrustworthy and cold, which is disappointing, especially considering the wonderful team surrounding her.
I already informed them to discontinue the skincare treatment, but the billing department is still charging me every month. The doctor has no issue with the discontinuation. The doctor and the scheduler have been very helpful.

I’ve had such a great experience with Irma. Her facials are both effective and incredibly relaxing, and she takes the time to understand what your skin actually needs. What really stands out is her bedside manner. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I always leave with glowing skin and feeling refreshed. I highly recommend her.
I didn’t see the doctor himself but his nurse practitioner was just as good. I had a progenic granuloma and needed it removed. Alex did a spectacular job removing it and I didn’t even feel a thing! Also the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming!

Very informative.Really appreciated all information and make me fell very comfortable i wish can remember her name but if she read this she will know that I'm talking about her.
