Above and beyond!! I came with my glasses in two pieces they managed some how to get it back to one I was missing bearings and screws.. I went to 3 different glasses shops and none of them would take the time like Donna and Rachel did. I’m delighted and the service was 10/10 Thanks a million Donna and Rachel, Seàn

Had to leave a glowing review for the staff after my appointment today. Had such a good experience with the staff here for my laser eye surgery consultation, from the initial phone call, checking in and the consult with Orla. I felt so well taken care of and for once in my 20 years of needing glasses didn’t hate my visit to the opticians. Orla made me feel so at ease and had such good customer service that I almost forgot I was at a 2 hour appointment. Even if I don’t follow through with the surgery at the moment I will definitely be changing to this opticians from now on due to the level of customer service from the whole team!

Extremely disappointed with the service I was provided for laser eye surgery, was given the wrong time for the surgery, was told it would cost a certain amount and after the surgery was told it was over €650 more, I was given two different times and dates for aftercare appointment which I ended up cancelling because of all the previous.
