Above and beyond!! I came with my glasses in two pieces they managed some how to get it back to one I was missing bearings and screws.. I went to 3 different glasses shops and none of them would take the time like Donna and Rachel did. I’m delighted and the service was 10/10 Thanks a million Donna and Rachel, Seàn

From the start Donna made the whole experience relaxed and easy yet at the same time professional. Even if I don’t go on to the surgery the nearly 2 hour assessment was so easy it didn’t feel that long. So thank you Donna great job.

I called into optical express this morning to buy polarized wrap around glasses. The two assistants were so so helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with. Even though they had nothing suitable for me today , they were amazing. i will definetly be back and can highly recommend there professionalism

I called into Optical Express in Mahon Point last week to get a pair of sunglasses repaired. I hadn't even bought the sunglasses in Optical Express but the lovely lady working there was so helpful and fixed my sunnies 😎 Great job and lovely staff.

I recently visited Optical Express in Mahon Point, Cork to have the nose pads of my glasses adjusted and the lenses fixed. The staff were exceptionally professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive. They handled everything with great care and precision, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I’m truly grateful for their help and highly recommend them.

Had to leave a glowing review for the staff after my appointment today. Had such a good experience with the staff here for my laser eye surgery consultation, from the initial phone call, checking in and the consult with Orla. I felt so well taken care of and for once in my 20 years of needing glasses didn’t hate my visit to the opticians. Orla made me feel so at ease and had such good customer service that I almost forgot I was at a 2 hour appointment. Even if I don’t follow through with the surgery at the moment I will definitely be changing to this opticians from now on due to the level of customer service from the whole team!

Hi, I had an appointment today at mahonpoint in cork , I was looked after by Donna and Katie for my eye test nothing was a problem , I was looked after very well and everything was explained to me in detail,, I couldn’t have been happier with the service, and not forgetting all the staff that work there , so very nice and welcoming , regards pat Duggan

Extremely disappointed with the service I was provided for laser eye surgery, was given the wrong time for the surgery, was told it would cost a certain amount and after the surgery was told it was over €650 more, I was given two different times and dates for aftercare appointment which I ended up cancelling because of all the previous. A very poor unprofessional company to deal with.
