This is such a hard time for patients and their families and I just want to give credit to Mariana the sweetest nurse I have met. She took the time to explain everything and took such good care of my elderly mother on her first chemo. She is definitely an amazing person caring person,very professional.

Attentive, compassionate and well skilled on current treatments and techniques. Dr Susan Morgan is great! Listens, guides and developers a worthwhile care plan. You can’t get a better facility for adapting to your needs. Nursing staff and coordinators are the best there are. You’ll never do better at a time when communication and compassion are paramount.

My first experience was so great 😀. Very professional staff, welcoming people and made me at ease at all times. Dr Susan Morgan is the best doctor I was assigned to and I am very grateful and thankful! 😌 Thank you all🙏

Dr. Wang was great took excellent care of me as did my nurse who tended to me each time I came to the center. I can’t remember her name but I know she was an ex call your county Sheriff deputy.

Have appointment scheduled for 8/14/25 @ 2:45; received email reminder to confirm which I did. Arrived and checked in @ 2:13. After an hour of sitting with no acknowledgement, nor receiving forms to be presented when called for service, I finally approached the windows, behind which 3 employees were there, and inquired about my scheduled appointment. I stated that I signed in @ 2:13 (was 2nd from top of page, which was now covered over with white strip). They looked at me with blank looks. Since I still work and had another scheduled appointment back across town, I bid them farewell. My time was wasted; someone did not perform their duties. That sheduled time with a doctor did not occur.

Never had a bad experience until today, spoke with Tammy she was just a RUDE as she possibly could be. All I needed was pre-op instructions for a next day procedure. Her statement was you need to call the other office and rambled as fast as possible the phone number and instructions. If Tammy doesn't like her position maybe she shouldn't be working at a place where she deals with calls and face to face patients that need empathy as well as their family.

This place is awful. Plan to spend forever here and don’t be surprised if you are waiting for your appointment. I never receive notifications regarding my appts. The atmosphere is awful considering people have to spend a lot of time receiving infusions. They could do much better.
