Staff is very friendly. Helpful with appointments. Getting lab work and injections, staff kind and caring. Stephanie Chandler is one of BEST OF THE BEST She takes her time with you that is needed. Explains everything in a way I can understand. Very caring❣️

Dr. Newman is an amazing doctor, who listens to his patients concerns, answers all of your questions, and never rushes you. His staff is amazing as well. The PA’s, front desk, med techs, and nurses are all friendly, polite, and professional. Although, getting an infusion was MUCH quicker, when the nurses in the treatment room were the ones who accessed your port.

One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. No communication, they booked an appointment (and neglected to tell us they booked an appointment.) I would have not known if I had not called them over and over again. The liaison between the patients and the doctors is not available when we were told she would call at 9:00 today. When she did not call after waiting 30 minutes to get someone on the phone lthey said she wasn't even in the office today! And they had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile a family member has been waiting 6 weeks to initiate his cancer treatment for lymphoma that has the l repeated and is challenging his ability to breathe! This is unacceptable.

It is never a hassle to go to FCS. I’ve never had to wait very long, unlike so many other places. The Drs and PAs are very caring and really make sure that all of my questions are answered. I love having my lab results back by the time I see the Dr and their entire staff is friendly, relaxed and very helpful. I would recommend FCS to anyone having to deal with a cancer diagnosis.

My appointment time was 10AM. I arrived in line at 9:45AM to sign in. I sat in the lobby until 11:05 when I asked the girl at the desk if there was a problem. She said she would check but did not get back to me. I was finally called in at 11:15. I was there for a simple blood draw and yet from the time I walked in until the time I was called back, an hour and a half had passed. This is very poor office management. There were several people waiting as long if not longer than myself. Terrible way to treat cancer patients or any patient for that matter.

They are all super and always treating us with respect and support. Highly recommend them to anyone that need the best service and support. Thank you all for always being there when I needed you. God bless to you all.

I waited for 3 1/2 hours to finally beg for my blood to be taken, facility basically closing at 5, asked several different nurses if I would be seen today and the shrugged their shoulders and said doctor stil backed up...implication is he's always backed up. They said I could reschedule not scheduler left, so they would call. Bloodworl never in portal. Complete disregard for patient care.

Dr Muller is so kind and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands. I was lucky and things worked out for me. Just finished my last Cancer treat. Now in remission!
