I can’t recommend Plaza Dental enough. The treatment I received has been nothing short of amazing. Every detail is taken into account to make the treatment as comfortable as possible, from the numbing gel before the anesthetic to the neurofen after treatment. Dr Teresa Lynn is a brilliant dentist and makes you feel at ease. Lisa is so welcoming when you come in, it really helps make the overall experience less stressful. Cannot recommend Plaza Dental highly enough. From the moment I was referred over to them I felt at ease after talking on the phone with Lisa. I’ve had a root canal with Teresa & 2 porcelain implants with Brian and didn’t feel a thing. I had a disappointing experience trying to book an appointment here. Despite their website stating they accept self-referrals, I was refused an appointment because I didn't have a referral letter (my dentist verbally recommended this clinic for consultation but refused to provide a referral letter - a separate story). The staff insisted they needed a letter to understand the history of my pain although the tooth in question isn't actually causing me any pain but worn out and that is my concern. This is my first time experience of such kind. They may be excellent clinicians, but in this instance, it felt like rigid administrative processes were prioritised over patient well-being.
I got a root canal treatment done with Dr. Teresa Lynn. I was talked through each step before and during the procedure. All of the staff were very friendly including the receptionist Lisa who was very helpful. I would highly recommend.
Extremely nervous patient after a bad experience years ago, referred here by my dentist, Dr Lynn absolutely brilliant, she explained everything in detail, was so nice all during procedure, would never hesitate going back there again, she put all the fear away
I highly recommend Plaza Dental Practice. I recently had a Root Canal treatment and the full procedure was so comfortable, relaxed, all explained, step by step and totally pain-free. Teresa and her Assistant are so expertly professional and friendly and same with Receptionists.
I don't say this lightly, especially about a dental practice, but it was an incredible experience overall from start to finish on getting my dental implant procedure. Dr. Brian Dunne is an absolutely wonderful human on top of being the best dentist I've ever had. He thoroughly explained the reasonings of why the procedure was happening, what was going to happen, every potential sensation and scenario and on top of that, what the recovery of would be like which was dealt with absolute care and consideration.
I never dreaded going back for a visit or check up like I normally would have because I always felt like I was on good hands. Even Lisa at reception would be always be very kind and warming which would help any potential nerves. She made booking appointments and accommodating payments a breeze!
I live 30 minutes away and I would go to this dentist sooner than my local one that's a 5 minute walk from me. That's how good it is!

I've been going to the Dental Plaza Practice for over a year now and I've always found the staff to be incredibly kind, professional and helpful. The dentist who usually looks after me is Ellie and I have never had a bad experience with her. After some poor experiences with other dental practices I can't recommend this one enough.
