I am deeply disappointed and feel genuinely misled by this practice. They consistently fail to inform patients of treatment costs before proceeding — and this has happened to me multiple times, not just once.
On my most recent visit, they recommended a teeth cleaning themselves — I did not ask for it. Yet when it came time to pay, I was handed a large bill with zero prior warning. No estimate, no consent, no transparency.
This pattern of withholding pricing until after treatment leaves patients feeling trapped and taken advantage of.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this provider: **always ask for a written cost estimate before agreeing to anything**, no matter how routine it sounds. I wish I had. I won't be returning.
Went in today for my sister with our mom, was a great experience, the doctor validated all of our worries, we did not feel dismissed at all which is often the case with a lot of GPs we go to. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly and polite, and the doctor was calm and friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere for us. The doctor explained things to us again and again and answered and addressed every single thing we brought up, we left very happy, satisfied and relived. And the consultation fee is very kind too. Thank you so much to the amazing team!
I attended Star Dental with a very real fear of the dentist and a serious tooth problem, and I can honestly say the care I received was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience and understanding, and never once made to feel silly or judged.
Hamza and Ella were absolutely outstanding. Though both are young, their professionalism, confidence and level of care were far beyond what I expected. They were incredibly reassuring, gentle and approachable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and checking in with me constantly. Their calm, compassionate manner completely put me at ease, and for the first time in my life I felt genuinely relaxed and safe in a dental setting. I left feeling fully confident that the future of dentistry is in exceptionally good hands with professionals like them.
A special mention must go to Shruti and Gurpreet at the front desk, who were nothing short of amazing. While I was in pain in the waiting room, they made sure I was comfortable, reassured me, and arranged for me to be seen immediately with an emergency appointment. Their glowing-hearted hospitality and genuine care truly stood out.
Star Dental itself is a credit to everyone who works there — a warm, welcoming environment with incredible staff and premises that are to be admired. Hamza and Ella will undoubtedly go very far; their skill, empathy and dedication are clear to see. I couldn’t recommend Star Dental highly enough.
I have been attending Star GP under Dr Yusuf Vapra for the past couple of years. I would highly recommend Dr Vapra. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to listen and answer questions which is a rarity nowadays in many GP practises. The receptionists are very pleasant and also professional and polite. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I had a great experience with Dr. S. Sharma. At STAR DENTAL & GP today, she is very professional, gentle, and caring throughout my treatment. The clinic is clean with up to date technology equipment, and the staffs are great too. Highly recommend Star Dental & GP for anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist!

Avoid at all costs. They charged me €300 for the first part of a root canal, canceled my 2nd appointment to get it finished. Left me with a gaping hole in my tooth. Do not answer phone calls. Was promised a manager call back, a week later still no call. Have been referred to a root canal specialist by another competent dentist due to the botched job these done!!!!! And still no response from them. Avoid at all costs
Excellent service throughout. Dr. Yusuf Vapra is an attentive and highly caring professional who always goes above and beyond to provide support that you rarely see in life. Dr. Sharma is a superb dentist who goes the extra mile in ensuring children feel comfortable and well cared for. I have brought my 2 kids there and will continue to do so.Super professional treatment, never any issues. The clinic truly stands out as a gem of our neighbourhood, offering exceptional care and dedication to patients.
