I didn’t have a great experience on my most recent visit. My appointment was for 7.30 on a Monday evening. I was 25mins waiting until I was called for my appointment, which was for a dental clean. Upon seeing the dentist I was taken for X-rays and then sent back to reception completely unaware what was happening with my appointment. I was informed by the lovely blonde haired lady at reception that she would need to rebook me. She couldn’t apologise enough, but it was extremely inconvenient for me to come back due to logistics and childcare of two young children. I’m still completely unaware as to why I didn’t have the appointment I originally booked in for.possibly because the dentist was running behind and the practice was due to close shortly after. I’m due back in again this Saturday for a clean. Hopefully this appointment has a better outcome.
I’ve had a great experience with this dental practice. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always make me feel at ease. The dentist is highly professional, explains everything clearly, and takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable throughout. The clinic is spotless and well-organised. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
Doctor John Lynch is a patient and experienced dentist. Based on my personal experience I believe he genually cares about his patients. All the receptionists and assistents are professional and kind. The clinic looks great too.
Great place! Very polite and helpful receptionists, professional and kind doctors and nurses, treat patients with respect. Reasonable prices for the local market. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the above as this is my first positive dental experience in Ireland. I would not go anywhere else as I did have plenty of experiences elsewhere where they upsell something or refuse to provide a moderate/affordable solution to your needs. Genuinely recommend.
10/10 service! Siobhan was super kind while I booked my appointment over the phone, and was so welcoming when I arrived. Dr Ahmad was clear and concise when explaining what was necessary and helped put me at ease during my time there. Thank you both 😀
Absolutely amazing staff all very friendly,professional and helpful would highly recommend i was nervous about visiting start visiting dr ayesha and she was so friendly and polite absolutely amazing lady thank you to all the staff there for all the help and kindness
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. I took a day off work literally gave up part of my holiday to make it to this appointment. I arrived on time, only to be told they’d changed my booking to another day without even bothering to tell me.
No message, no email, nothing. Just a shrug and a “we can rebook you.” That’s not good enough. My time isn’t disposable, and it’s clear this clinic doesn’t value their patients at all. If you’re considering booking here don’t. You’ll regret it like I do.
I'm a nervous patient and saw Dr. Ayesha. She was so gentle and did a wonderful job for me. I intended having further work but she could not guarantee the outcome. I found her kindness and honesty so refreshing. In fact all of the staff I dealt with were wonderful.
