I had a wonderful experience with Smiles Dental Grand Canal Square, with all the dentist and staff, but I would like to mention specifically Fiona at reception. A few months ago, I enquired about a specific booking availability, and Fiona was kind enough to take a personal note of my request. Months later, as soon as a suitable spot opened up, she proactively reached out to let me know.
It is incredibly rare to find this level of care, follow-up, and genuine helpfulness these days. Thank you, Fiona, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and amazing staff.
Amazing clinic, staff is 10/10! I went very stressed with a broken frontal tooth and left feeling like a princess ☺️ all in 30 min and I paid a very good price!
I recently visited for a scale and polish and had an excellent experience. Dr. Jamie O’Doherty was fantastic — very professional, gentle, and thorough, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner!
A big thank you also to the dental nurse, Santhoshi, for being so kind and helpful throughout the appointment. The whole team made me feel at ease from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. O’Doherty and the team for anyone looking for top-quality dental care.
my recent appointment with Dr. dimchie. Throughout the visit he was rushed and handled the procedure very roughly. When I asked for a short break,so I could breath he responded by calling me “ demanding “ which I find it disrespectful and unnecessary .His communication was poor, and the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dismiss. I believe this falls between the standard of the care and professionalism expected in your clinic. So rushed, rough and rude. Should be the logo at the front door.
Whilst my experience in Grand Canal Dock with Dr Dimche was impeccable, I am also writing to acknowledge, Conor, the receptionist. I think he is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. He is professional - polished with excellent customer service -and goes out of his way to make everything seamless - ALWAYS has a smile and is an absolute asset to the company. He deserves recognition.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean and very professional team of doctors. I would specifically recommend Dr. Evoelina Szkaradek, she is fantastic and super helpful. She really cares about her patients and explains all the options.
I got a root canal here a couple years ago and the dentist left a gap between the teeth which is sore and food gets stuck in. It was expensive and he did nothing to rectify the mistake. Causes me bother once a day at least. Would not recommend
I had a great experience at this dental clinic! Dr. Jamie with assistant Santosh did my cleaning and was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. On top of that, he was very friendly and professional.
