I attended this clinic this morning for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and could not have been nicer. She was reassuring and has great communication skills along with a great amount of compassion. The dentist and her assistant showed me where the problem was and explained my course of treatment really well. I was very happy with my diagnosis and treatment. I will definitely be back and really appreciated the lovely care that I received. Thank you very much
The dentist was very informative and thorough, he explained the whole process carefully and listed all the options at my disposal. He showed compassion and worked gently. I would definitely recommend. The prices were affordable as well compared to other dentists.
I had a really positive experience at Smile Hub Dental in Sutton. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and professional. While I was waiting to check in, she was dealing with a difficult customer, and I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and respectfully she handled the situation.
The dentist and dental nurse were equally excellent. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment and quickly identified and treated the source of my pain. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled.

I heavily regret not checking the reviews before coming here. Back in October 2024, I was in severe dental pain and, being a girl from abroad, I desperately rushed to this clinic for help. That was a massive mistake.
I went in complaining about severe pain in my back teeth. My dentist, Dr. Laura Fee, immediately claimed it was "definitely the wisdom tooth" and rushed me into giving consent to extract it. They then took an X-ray, which clearly showed a massive cavity elsewhere. Despite seeing that the wisdom tooth wasn't actually the source of the problem, they went ahead and extracted it anyway, charging me a ridiculous €500.
To make it worse, they then told me I had to come back for the other tooth, claiming it needed a root canal for an absurd amount of extra money. It was very clear what they did: they completely ignored the actual emergency just to extract a healthy tooth for quick cash, planning to milk me for even more money later.
This place is an absolute scam.
Avoid Dr. Laura Fee and this clinic at all costs.
I want to truly thank Dr. Ibrahim for all the effort he put in last week. I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and went to smilehub after being told by another dentist in Naas that I had a tooth with a big cavity that would need a root canal. The tooth had been giving me some pain and I was nervous about going in, but Dr. Ibrahim offered to try a regular filling first, and it hasn't given me any trouble so far. He took his time, was very careful, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, even though it was a tricky lower tooth right at the back near the tongue. He explained everything clearly and showed me pictures on the monitor detailing it all. His female assistant was very helpful, and the receptionist who booked me in was great too. The clinic is in Bayside medical centre, in the same building as aldi on the second floor, so it was easy to find and parking wasn't an issue. I waited around 10 minutes before being called in. The whole visit went smoothly, and I'm genuinely thankful for the care I received by the dentist. I'd recommend the clinic, and I'm already booked in for my next check up and cleaning!

The clinic was spotless and very modern, which made me feel comfortable straight away. The dentist did an excellent job, explained everything clearly, and made the treatment smooth and stress-free. I have never in my life been treated so bad. I needed emergency treatment as I have had a really bad toothache since Friday, I made an appointment a smile hub bayside. I met with the first dentist , I explained about how much pain I was in and needed my tooth out, she would not take my tooth out, left me in pain and said I would need to see the specialist laura 3 hours later, i waited around in pain to then see the specialist laura to be completely pawned off and basically told she wouldn't take my tooth out, she continued to talk and talk, I said no to a root canal I needed my tooth out, I said I wasn't happy and then she would not help me and left me in pain and pay 120 for nothing, this is absolutely shocking that they think they can treat people like this and take their money, my sister is a dental nurse and could not believe how I have been treated, I would not recommend this dentist and I would advise against anyone coming here, they just want your money and leave you in extreme pain
