Cathal Heavey is an excellent dentist! Professional, thorough, and very reassuring throughout every visit. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. The care and attention to detail are outstanding, and the whole experience is always smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist.

Big fan of Cathal. My family and I have been going to him for years. So kind, intentional, thorough and not afraid to kindly remind us of what we can be doing to keep our teeth our best. High recommend.

I would highly recommend Sandycove dental and Dr Cathal Heavey I am an extremely nervous patient he is so good … explains everything before doing anything He has great patience and so kind . The receptionists are so nice n friendly too Overall I would rate it highly

Dr. Cathal Heavey is an exceptional dentist — thoughtful, caring, and highly professional. Our whole family goes to him: myself, my kids, and my husband, who can be quite a nervous patient. Cathal’s calm, reassuring manner always puts us at ease, and he takes real care to make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Cathal is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what he does. He creates a very welcoming and supportive environment, which makes such a difference, especially if you’re someone who finds dental visits a bit daunting. Couldn’t recommend him and Sandycove Dentalcare more highly.

Terrific service with meticulous attention to detail, and to future dental health. Several decades old amalgam fillings replaced with composites - painless, stress free experience with various treatment options being explained and offered. Highly recommend.
