Pro Dental is a shining star in the center of Dublin. Parking garage is in front of the clinic... couldn't be easier! Sofia, in reception, is very welcoming and professional. Waiting area very clean, comfortable and bright. Dr. Alessandra is a gem! So professional, patient and thorough in the work she does. I didn't feel I was being rushed at any moment. I left very happy and enjoyed the rest of my day because of the great experience I had there. Definitely my go to place for dental care. Thank you all at Pro Dental for putting a great smile on my face.

We had a year long orthodontic treatment for 10 years old kid at Pro Dental clinic. It has been a very positive experience. The kid was afraid of the treatment but with Dr. Carlos Fermino everything went very well. Clinic is open on Saturdays and this very convenient.
I just had my wisdom tooth removed and wanted to leave a review. It was such a great experience from start to finish.

I recently got my braces done at Pro Dental with Dr. Firmino, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. From the moment you walk in, the reception team is warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The clinic itself is spotless — you can tell they take hygiene and professionalism very seriously.
Dr. Firmino and the whole dental team are exceptional. They explain everything clearly, make you feel completely comfortable, and their attention to detail is unreal. Every visit has been smooth, organised, and genuinely pleasant.
If you’re thinking about braces or any dental work, Pro Dental is the place to go. Amazing staff, amazing service, and results I’m really happy with. Highly recommend!

"I chose this clinic because of its good reviews, and I know Brazilians are often excellent dentists. Unfortunately, I wasn’t lucky enough to get one here. My dentist was a Portuguese woman named Laís.
She arrived late for both appointments and seemed in a hurry the whole time. During the first session I felt some pain, but since I was already in pain before arriving, I let it slide and came back for the second appointment. Once again she was late and rushed through everything. This time she didn’t use any anesthesia and cleaned both root canals without it. I’ve never experienced pain like that in my life. I’ve had several root canals before and I know it’s never pleasant, but this was on another level.
It’s been over three days now and I still have a headache and a lot of sensitivity. For the price I paid, I at least expected decent care and professionalism.
On top of the rushing, she showed zero empathy and spent the entire procedure badmouthing her colleagues and complaining about internal clinic problems, things I had zero interest in hearing. It felt completely unprofessional and unethical, especially since we speak the same language. I was shocked.
The receptionist, on the other hand, was extremely friendly and professional, so I believe the rest of the team is probably good too."
