I have only a couple of weeks left with my Invisalign treatment. I am absolutely amazed in the difference in how straight my teeth are and all in just under 1 year treatment. I was quiet nervous about starting my treatment but all the staff were so pleasant and helpful and as a result made my journey a pleasant experience and I am extremely happy with my results. I would highly recommend this practice.

I completed my Invisalign treatment at this clinic last year, and it only took six months — I was amazed by the results. I absolutely love my smile now, and Dentist Eoin truly helped me regain my confidence. When I accidentally broke my retainers, they were replaced quickly and without any issues. Thank you to Eoin and the entire team for such a smooth and positive experience.

The doctor was late for the appointment. Meanwhile, the dental nurse was playing dentist and unnecessarily took several scans of my teeth, which weren't used. The doctor was rude and nervous. The service at the reception desk was terrible. I don't recommend it.

Very happy with my decision to go to O’Neill Dental Care. I had been wanting Invisalign for years and decided to finally do it due to their great price and promotional deal they had on. The treatment was quick for me as promised and completely painless. My teeth straightened right up. I appreciate the care and kindness given to me by the staff at each appointment and I am extremely happy with my results. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointing experience. I felt the focus was more on adding extra treatments and costs rather than patient care. The approach came across as unprofessional and overly focused on money, which made the visit uncomfortable.

Owen has been my dentist for 20 years - he’s consistently reliable, efficient, and excellent at what he does. Over the years, I’ve always felt safe, comfortable, and in expert hands. My teeth are in great shape thanks to him. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I went through with Invisalign treatment here after being drawn in by what sounded like an attractive offer. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. As others have mentioned in their reviews, there are a lot of hidden costs that aren’t made clear at the beginning. Throughout the process, I often felt more like a customer than a patient – it seemed the focus was more on how much money they could extract rather than providing genuine care. To make matters worse, my bonded retainer broke just a few months after treatment ended, and they refused to fix it because it was only a couple of days outside the warranty. Disappointing and frustrating.
