I can't fault the service provided by Paul and his team. Every experience I've had has been professional, friendly, and of the highest standard.
I've recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the results have completely transformed my smile. Throughout the process, Paul took the time to explain each stage clearly and always made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Like many people, I'm not particularly enthusiastic about visiting the dentist, but Paul's calm, reassuring manner makes every appointment a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
My teenage daughter recently had an assessment for Invisalign treatment at O'Donnell Dental and honestly, she couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so friendly and made her feel completely at ease, which really helped calm her nerves.
Dr. Paul took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she understood what was happening at every step. He was really patient, answered all our questions, and made her feel like she was in safe hands the whole time.
The clinic itself was spotless and really modern, which made the whole visit feel even more comfortable. We never felt rushed, and it was obvious that everyone at O'Donnell Dental genuinely care about their patients.

I've had a few dental treatments done and have always had a positive experience, which is why I return. Dr Paul is calm and patient, and explains each procedure clearly beforehand and what to expect afterwards. As someone who gets nervous about the dentist, I found him reassuring. He is gentle when giving local anaesthetic, and the dental work has been excellent. Highly recommend.

The receptionist, Inga ( i hoe I've spelt that correctly)is absolutely wonderful and deserves so much credit as well. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and organised. She remembers everything, keeps you updated with appointments and reminders, and makes every interaction feel personal and genuine. It really makes such a difference when you walk into a place and are greeted by someone so kind and helpful.
Caroline, the hygienist, is amazing. She is so gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout every appointment. She always takes the time to explain everything properly and makes what could be an uncomfortable experience feel calm and easy. Her friendly nature genuinely puts you at ease straight away.
Thomas, the periodontist, is equally fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly calming, he has such a reassuring presence that makes you feel completely looked after and safe in his care. He explains treatments clearly and never makes you feel rushed or worried.
And Paul, the dentist, is simply brilliant. So welcoming, understanding, and professional. He creates such a relaxed environment and always makes sure you are comfortable throughout your visit. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in the work he does.
Together, they make an exceptional team. The atmosphere they create is calm, friendly, and genuinely caring — something that is so important when visiting a dentist. Thank you all for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and outstanding care over the years. I honestly couldn’t recommend you enough.
I had a crown done in November by Paul and the treatment was 100% successful. All the staff are so friendly and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend O’Donnell Dental. Btw Paul is brilliant at giving injections so you won’t feel a thing!
I should also mention Caroline the dental hygienist- she is amazing and so experienced. Plaque removal, scaling and cleaning all 100% and again so caring and friendly.

I brought my children to Paul on the recommendation of a friend. It was their first visit to the dentist and they were nervous but Paul was absolutely fantastic with them. He instantly put them at ease and explained everything he was doing in advance throughout the check up. I would absolutely recommend Paul to a friend.
I cannot recommend O’Donnell Dental enough. I have been to many dentists over the years and no one has ever mentioned to me about grinding my teeth. It was the first thing Paul spotted during our initial consultant within 30 seconds! The staff on site are incredibly friendly and Caroline is also excellent.
Both Paul and Caroline put you instantly at ease the second you walk through the door. I also once had a wisdom tooth infection and they squeezed me in on the same day for an emergency appointment which is very rare nowadays!
Really recommend O’Donnell Dental for anyone who might be slightly anxious / nervous about the dentist. They are extremely thorough and professional and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.
Paul is a fantastic dentist! I’ve been going to him for years , first in another practice and I followed him when he opened his own practice.I’ve always had a brilliant experience , I’ve had a variety of treatments and I’ve never had any discomfort during them. His staff are lovely and friendly as well. I highly recommend him and his team.
