I am a 'newbie' to acupuncture so I wasnt sure what to expect . I went with a facial rosacea problem and an added extra of a painful pulled muscle in my back . Samantha put me totally at ease and I felt totally comfortable during the treatments . My back is significantly improved and the rosacea issue is calming down . Thats a great result with just two treatments (one for the back issue) . I would highly recommend Samantha who is very knowledgable and skilled at what she does .
3 weeks out from my 1st half marathon suffering with bad knee pain my friend recommended I try Lotus Flower for acupuncture and I’m so happy I did!
From the 1st session I noticed a big difference and was back running that weekend!
The support did not end after the session with Sam advising and sending me tips and guidance to build my toolbox so I could continue to run 🏃🏼♀️ she was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her services, I for one will be a returning customer 🤩 forever grateful!
I started acupuncture with Sam in June ‘25. I was days after my 42nd birthday and close to giving up the dream of a second child but I contacted Sam and from our first phone call I got the warmest feeling. She has been a joyful wealth of information, recommendations, support and empathy and if acupuncture has done nothing to help my chances (although I 100% believe it has been an amazing addition) everything else she brings to our sessions has been absolutely invaluable.

I started acupuncture treatments with Sam as part of my fertility journey. I met her regularly and looked forward to every session. She listens to all my worries and concerns, and I had very good cries with her too! With her vast knowledge, recommendations and a lot of patience, I finally conceived naturally after a couple of months. I'm grateful to have Sam as part of my pregnancy journey and am enjoying the reflexology treatments. She is not only extremely professional, but very compassionate and caring. The facility is very clean and comfortable as well, and parking is very accessible. 100% would recommend to anyone.
I started seeing Sam last year when I was going through a rough time after a miscarriage. I was dealing with tension headaches and no appetite and weight loss , and the acupuncture worked wonders — I’d leave each session feeling like I was floating on a cloud. After my second miscarriage, I started fertility acupuncture when I realised I hadn’t been ovulating and my hormones were all over the place. With Sam’s plan and support, I finally ovulated — and fast forward nine months, I now have my baby girl. 💕

I visited Samantha for acupuncture and cupping and had the most calming and professional experience.Samantha is truly an expert in her field,she has a wealth of knowledge and the welcome you receive from the moment you enter is amazing. I cannot recommend Samantha highly enough,she definitely has healing hands! My time with Samantha was a 100% calming,healing and an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend a visit.
