After 2 C-sections, I still wanted to try for a natural birth. I had the OB on my side and I decided to go to Sabine to see if she could help me in the preparation process. Every session was nice and relaxing (despite the needles) and I could feel Sabine's positive energy. I had 3 membrane sweep as according to my OB I was ready to go, however nothing happened so I kept going to my acupuncture sessions. Then at 39 weeks, I woke up in the middle of the night with contractions and realised they were 3 minutes apart. Fast forward 4 hours and I was with my little girl in my arms!
I went to other two different Pregnancy Acupuncture Clinics for my previous births, so I can definitely say that Sabine is the one. She even texted me to know if I had the baby, how nice is that?
I didn’t start taking my placenta capsules right after birth, as I was on a different medication for quite a while. At the time, I actually felt like I didn’t need them, I was coping fine and managing well with my new routine.
I eventually started taking them around 5 months postpartum, and honestly, the timing turned out to be perfect.
Before the capsules, I was constantly feeling overwhelmed by even the smallest tasks. I was moody, anxious, and always in a rush. I often felt like I wasn’t doing enough beyond caring for the baby, and when I did get a moment to tackle other things, I was already exhausted. I felt drained and honestly… miserable. My skin looked tired and I had frequent breakouts, which made me feel even worse.
That’s when I remembered my “magic pills” and since I was no longer on any medications, I knew it was finally the right time to start.
Even after just a few days, I noticed a shift. I felt calmer, more grounded, and okay with doing “just” the important thing, caring for my baby. I became more present, more emotionally steady, and I wasn’t beating myself up for everything else. It felt good.
After about two weeks, my sleep improved, my mood stabilized, and my skin looked noticeably clearer and healthier.
From the very beginning, Sabine was absolutely amazing. She provided everything I needed to store my placenta safely, came to collect it, and later delivered the capsules straight to me. Not to mention the beautiful touch she added. She shaped my baby’s umbilical cord into a heart, something I’ll treasure forever. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience feel truly special.
I’m so grateful I had the capsules when I truly needed them most. They supported me through a rough patch in a gentle, natural way. Highly recommended to any mum navigating the ups and downs of postpartum life, even months after birth.

Started weekly acupuncture sessions with Sabine 8 months into trying to conceive. Not only did the sessions help with stress/anxiety, better sleep and regulating my hormones, but I also fell pregnant on my 2nd full cycle with weekly appointments. I genuinely think acupuncture with Sabine played a huge role in this success, and would highly recommend.
First baby and heard great things about placenta encapsulation so I decided to try it. Sabine was so helpful from beginning to end and was lovely to deal with! I received my capsules a week after having my baby and I noticed a difference in my energy levels straight away! After a week or two of taking them I felt little to no postpartum anxiety anymore and my milk supply increased! My little one is a month old now and I have about 2/3 weeks left of them and I wish they’d never run out!
Will definitely be getting it done again on any future babies, couldn’t recommend it enough, especially with Sabine ❤️ X
Went to Sabine weekly on my 4th child from 36 weeks pregnant to help with labour and avoid induction and it worked!

I attended acupuncture sessions with Sabine for an extended period following three recurrent miscarriages within 18 months. From the very beginning, Sabine was an incredible source of support and knowledge during a very challenging time. While undergoing testing at a fertility clinic (which ultimately found no explanation for my miscarriages), I attended weekly sessions with Sabine.
About nine months into our sessions, I felt ready to try again and was fortunate to fall pregnant quickly. I continued acupuncture throughout my pregnancy, which proved to be invaluable. The treatments helped me manage stress, headaches, back pain, shoulder pain, and many other physical challenges that arose.
Later in my pregnancy, when my baby was breech, Sabine tailored our sessions to address this and introduced me to moxibustion, providing all the guidance and supplies I needed to complete it at home, which successfully turned the baby.
I cannot recommend Sabine highly enough. She is not only a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner but also a kind, caring, and supportive person. As I sit here now with my newborn, I’m incredibly grateful for her role in my journey.
I met Sabine this summer when I was just a week before embryo transfer. Sabine has knowledge, experience with patients who are trying to conceive. Sabine is a very warm person, helpful with advice. The space is clean, quiet, and while you have your treatment, there is a tea candle lit, soft classic music is playing while your womb is warm with a lamp. If you have cold feet like me, you can ask for a blanket. I can't recommend Sabine enough. I got pregnant that month. I am definitely planning to go back to Sabine for nausea, back pain and other things she has to offer while you're pregnant. Thank you Sabine for everything.

I have gotten the placenta encapsulation done twice now by Sabine and cannot thank her enough. Such amazing affects I felt after the birth of my 1st child while taking the capsules, currently just started the capsules after my 2nd child. I noticed more milk flow with breastfeeding, more energy for myself and truly helped with the “baby blues”. This service I cannot recommend highly enough, Sabine is so nice, professional, and truly cares for her clients.I think this is something everyone should try and do if possible! :)
