Maria was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I went to see her for acupuncture and reflexology to help naturally induce labour at 4 days overdue, and labour began the following night. I gave birth naturally less than 4 hours after my first contraction, with no medical intervention or pain relief.
Maria explained every step of the treatment clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout. She combines real expertise with a caring, intuitive approach, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she treats and the service she provides.
I highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate practitioner—she is exceptional at what she does.
I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. After my acupuncture sessions during 3 cycles with her, I fell pregnant despite being told that because of my PCOS I may struggle to conceive. From the very beginning Maria was incredibly kind, empathetic and supportive throughout my fertility journey. I really felt that Maria examined me fully and truly listened to me.
What I especially loved was how each session was tailored to the specific phase of my menstrual cycle rather than treated with a one-size-fits-all approach. Maria also recommended supplements that I genuinely believe helped support my fertility and overall wellbeing. As a teacher I often feel stressed / overwhelmed and Maria gave me great relaxation tips.
Maria is clearly an expert at what she does but beyond that she has such a beautiful, calming and soothing presence. Every appointment felt relaxing, reassuring and positive. I’m so grateful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone, especially those navigating fertility challenges.
I had an incredible acupuncture treatment with Maria at Ayurveda Dublin. Her skill was immediately obvious. She located every acupuncture point effortlessly, which is actually quite rare and speaks to her depth of knowledge and experience.
Maria combines huge compassion with genuine expertise, and I left feeling completely assured that my health was in very good hands. She is an exceptionally ethical, caring, and intuitive practitioner.
Most amazingly, my frozen shoulder was dramatically improved after just one session, though I will definitely be returning for further treatment.
I cannot recommend Maria and Ayurveda Dublin highly enough. Finding her feels like discovering a real diamond.
The space is really nice, relaxing and easily accessible thru the luas. I had a reflexology session with acupuncture. The acupuncture needles were painful, not gonna lie. The reflexology was very relaxing and Maria used a nice oil that smelled great. She also gave me some tips on what to eat to improve my energy levels.
I could only go to one session because it's far from me, so I can't comment on long term results, but I recommend Maria. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I honestly can’t recommend Maria enough. I go to her for fertility acupuncture and reflexology, and she also took the time to review my blood work and recommend Chinese herbs, which I’ve found hugely beneficial.
Maria creates such a lovely, calm atmosphere and has a real gift with people. From my very first visit I felt completely at ease and instantly connected with her. You never feel rushed, and every session feels very personal and supportive.
