Went in for a scale and polish (after not being to the dentist in years...) and I had an amazing experience. Staff from start to finish were friendly, attentive and gentle. The dentist was amazing at explaining everything and I've left knowing I'll be more proactive about my teeth going forward!

Returning Grange Dental customer here and needless to say, every time I go back for a treatment, there's always a common theme of professionalism, warmth and caring service their team. Dr Salwa is my dentist and I couldn't recommend her enough. During the treatment, she always asks if I'm comfortable, is friendly and a very talented dentist. I don't hate going to the dentist anymore!

I am absolutely furious. I made an appointment with a dentist called Moid 3 weeks ago for the 15th of May. When I made the appointment I asked if they accepted medical cards and was told yes. This morning at about 9 30 I got a call confirming my appointment. I said I would be there. Then about 5 minutes later I got another call saying that they had to cancel my appointment as this dentist did not accept medical cards. I was shocked. But as I am having heart surgery in 4 weeks and need my teeth sorted I rang back and said that I would pay for the treatment.I was told this would be fineThen at 5 15 this evening I got a call saying that said dentist would not be in tomorrow. and would would I accept another dentist. I agreed to this and to my amazement they said they couldn't fit me in until the 2nd of June. I find this totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. If I could give this practice no stars I would. Can't rate the team at grange dental enough. Would highly recommend them. Even my kids don't mind going to the dentist..... they even look forward to it.

Absolutely excellent service! Like most people I wouldn't be a fan of the dentist and this dentist was efficient, respectful, and made me feel very at ease! Girls on reception were brill too, was my daughter's first time in dentist and they made it so special for her, chatting to her and printed out pictures for her to colour in while mammy was in the chair! The dentist was brilliant with her too! Thank you

Fantastic first dental experience for my 4 year old. Recieved a thorough scale and polish including scans and was very impressed! Welcoming staff and professional service. Highly recommend Grange Dental, Donaghmeade.
