It is a great place, with friendly and professional staff. Very clean.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PLACE IF YOU NEED A DENTIST. We meet Doctor Dentist Cosmina, a warm welcome to us then with my son she had patience to explain about his dental problem. Then she was very confident giving him the way to sort his dental issue. I was satisfied about the service. We will come back soon. Thank you very much.

This clinic was recommended to me as one of the best in Dublin. I had an appointment scheduled for January 30. I booked it online through the website and, after booking, I called the reception to clarify that I needed a retainer to be removed and replaced, and two fillings done. The administrator on the phone confirmed my appointment. On the day of the appointment, it turned out that the orthodontist who was supposed to remove and reinstall the retainer was unavailable, and that they would only be able to do one filling. There was no time to remove the retainer from another tooth and do the second filling with the dentist, even though I had specifically asked by phone to be booked with enough time for retainer removal, two fillings, and retainer reinstallation. Why was so little time allocated for my appointment? I agreed to at least have one tooth done. The main problem with the tooth treated on the 30th was excess material left by the previous doctor and a mismatch in tooth color. In this clinic, the tooth was redone, but excess material was again left. In addition, a gap was left between the tooth and the new material on the inner side. I noticed these problems only after I got home. The cost of the treatment without anesthesia was €140. I was booked again for February 5. This second appointment was made in person at the clinic on the day of my first visit. I clearly stated that I needed the retainer to be removed, the second filling done, and a new retainer installed. Moreover, the retainer had already been removed from one tooth, and I needed it to be put back as soon as possible. The receptionist offered a couple of time options, and I agreed to one of them. On the day of the second appointment, I was seen 20 minutes late, which would have been acceptable if not for what followed. They started fixing the mistakes from the first filling. A second doctor had to be called because the first doctor could not understand what excess material I was referring to. The second doctor understood me and achieved the desired shape and appearance. Immediately after that, however, I was asked to leave because my allocated time had run out again. When I asked about the retainer and the second tooth, I was told that they knew nothing about it and that they already had the next patient. Why was I taken in much later due to the previous patient, but no time was found to treat my second tooth? At the reception, the staff told me that the orthodontist required for my treatment only comes to the clinic once a month. When I asked why I was only finding this out now, why no one told me this when I booked twice, and why I was personally booked for this day when I specifically asked for an orthodontist and they knew he was not available — they had no answer. I started shaking and my voice became emotional. Instead of offering any kind of solution, the receptionists began telling me that I was “making a scene,” even though I did not raise my voice and was in a very stressful situation, as I urgently needed my retainer to be put back. They began blaming me for the situation, despite the fact that I clearly explained the treatment I needed during booking. They showed no concern that I was left without urgently needed treatment (as I have already been left with a broken retainer for weeks). I left the clinic when the reception staff started accusing me. I am a very organized person who clearly formulates requests and takes responsibility for my actions. I am confident that I clearly stated the need for retainer installation. For €140, I received a filling that required me to take time off work twice, a removed retainer, and rude treatment. I am completely disappointed with this clinic and strongly do not recommend it to anyone.

I have never been as disappointed with a place as I am with this one,Dental4U Blanchardstown. In August, we had our first appointment and my daughter got her braces. The doctor is very professional, and I have no complaints about the medical care itself. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the front desk staff. The first two appointments went well, but after that there have been constant issues. Appointments are canceled because the doctor is on holiday or working at another clinic, often without proper notice. Today was the final straw: we had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 a.m. We arrived at 9:25, only to be told at reception that the doctor would not be there until 11:00 a.m. My daughter is in her third year of school and cannot keep missing classes. Appointment times are already not flexible, and it is unacceptable to book appointments and then change or cancel them without informing patients in advance. Additionally, skipping or delaying orthodontic appointments can significantly extend the total time a patient has to wear braces, which is a serious concern. While the doctor is excellent, the poor organization and lack of communication from the front desk staff have made this experience extremely disappointing.

You can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and long-term dental health, not just quick fixes. The hygienists are also gentle but thorough, and they made my cleaning pain-free. ! I had a great experience at this dental clinic! Alexandra is an amazing manager — so professional, friendly, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. Dr. Cosmina is an excellent dentist, especially with nervous patients like me. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my root canal treatment, explained everything clearly, and was so gentle and patient. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I wish I could leave 0 stars as I'm still processing what's happened. Ive made an appointment in person several weeks in advance but after arriving I realised the door is locked! They weren't even working on that day, despite SMS confirmation received from the clinic. They didn't even notify me about some changes. Considering busiest time of the year (Christmas) it wasn't easy to organise baby-sitting for my 5 months old daughter that is breastfed. I asked them to explain this situation but received 0 comments, complete ignorance. This is absolutely unacceptable and so unprofessional. I would recommend people to stay away from this clinic if they value their time.

Waited 1 month for an appointment, 2 days before the appointment I got a text message to say it’s cancelled! Not even a courtesy’s phone call. I rang back and the receptionist was rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be there at all…. She told me I’ll have to wait another month for an appointment for my daughter. Would not recommend !!!! Stay away to avoid complications to your teeth and mental health.
