Just finished my Invisalign journey with College Gate Dental and what a great journey it has been. Could not recommend anymore, all the team have been amazing. From the very beginning there was transparency about the process with full cost breakdown provided, educational information with a 3D review of what each aligner progress would look like when treatment plan was followed thoroughly and also the importance of following best practices to avoid any delays in the treatment which I found very informative. After making the decision to start this process it was great to have found a clinic that were fully transparent, that ensured my lifestyle matched my treatment in order for it to work and not just selling a product. They were available to answer any questions over phone, email and in person. Really happy with my results, thank you all!

Doctor Danièle creates an open and relaxed environment while delivering the highest standard of care. Dr. Danièle takes time during every visit to explain procedures, and checks-in on me throughout the visit to ensure my comfort - regardless if it is a short or lengthier, more complex, visit. Her levels of empathy and kindness shine at every step: when explaining the state of my oral health, recommending routines and when planning next treatment steps. Dr. Danièle also takes great care to anticipate, and proactively outline the financial aspects of treatments or recommended products. She ensures that her patients are as comfortable with the next steps as possible. It is fantastic to feel understood and supported - especially as a young adult patient!
I’ve received the same level of kindness and care from the hygienist Laura G. who accommodated me during my first and subsequent visits. She clearly explained every step of the way during each visit.
I also would like to give a special thanks to the reception staff - especially Eunji. She has always been friendly and welcoming. Booking appointments is a breeze, and I have received great assistance from her in helping me navigate situations related to dental insurance.
I arrived anxious for my first visit, and immediately felt welcomed and put at ease. The entire process of getting my dental health back on track and keeping a strong preventive routine has been just as amazing. I never thought I could feel so in control of my oral health, feel relaxed when in the dentist chair, and actually look forward to dentist visits - but thanks to all the amazing practitioners and staff at college gate, it has been the case for months now.
I can confidently recommend this practice to anyone who is looking to get fantastic level of dental care.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at College Gate Dental. Laura and Claire have both been incredible — not just professional but genuinely caring and kind every step of the way. Laura always makes me feel so relaxed in the chair, explains things in a way I can understand, and is so gentle during treatments. Claire has been amazing with my orthodontic treatment, always patient, supportive, and checking in to make sure I’m happy with how things are going. You can really tell they both care about their patients.
The reception team deserve a mention too, they’re always so welcoming and helpful, and they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.
Between the brilliant care from Laura and Claire and the friendly atmosphere from everyone at the practice, I actually look forward to my visits now which I never thought I’d say about the dentist! I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and feel much more confident in my smile thanks to them.
The most amazing dental practice. These guys make you feel so welcome all of the time. The kids love going to visit them and i went from hating the dentist to looking forward to going in. I have reccomended them to so many people. Keep doing what you are doing cause its wonderful!
At my first appointment, I was advised that I would be suitable for braces and was assured that the gap in my teeth would be closed using braces. I made it clear from the outset that I did not want a screw implant or a bridge.
However, after paying for my consultation, I was informed that I would instead need either a screw implant or Invisalign. The orthodontist insisted on Invisalign, despite me clearly stating from the beginning that I did not want this option, as it would not move my tooth into the gap I have.
In addition, my treatment plan was changed multiple times, and I experienced long delays in receiving responses and arranging appointments. I have requested a full refund and awaiting to bring this place to the small claims court

I just want to give a big thank you to all the amazing people in College gate dental for looking after me for the last number of years especially Clare Stephen and Estelle the kindness and attention to detail is superb I would highly recommend this amazing team also the wonderful reception staff you always keep me on top of my appointments.

Having a great experience with College Gate. Team full of top professionals and genuine caring people. Had two fillings and an extraction and felt completely comfortable throughout the process (special mention for Steven). Everything was handled with good care and precision.

Every visit I’ve had here at College Gate has been fantastic. I’ve never had such good service in a dental practice. I had to have my wisdom tooth removed and also Dr. Deepak Thomas was fantastic. I was terrified as it’s was my first time getting a tooth removed and he knew exactly how to calm me down & had a great experience. Highly recommend!
