I had such a positive experience with Anca and all the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Anca talked me through everything she was doing, explained my treatment clearly, and was so gentle throughout. Her professionalism and caring approach really put me at ease. I genuinely felt well looked after and would highly recommend Anca and the whole team. Thank you all for the excellent care!

Outstanding experience from start to finish!!! Dr Andreea and Dr Anca were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout my treatment, patiently explained all the steps of the treatment plan for my treatment. A special thank you to Nurse Sinziana, who was kind, attentive, and always made sure I felt at easy during my visits. A special mention for the amazing receptionist, who is always friendly, welcoming and incredible helpful. The entire team provides outstanding care and creates warm, professional environment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental treatment and excellent customer service.

We had a very positive experience during our child’s tooth extraction. The dentist was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. They explained everything clearly and made our child feel calm and comfortable, which meant a lot to us as parents. The staff were warm and caring, and the procedure went much more smoothly than we expected. We truly appreciate DR. Andrea... the kindness and professionalism shown and would highly recommend.

I have had an excellent experience at Charlestown Dental Center. Dr. Andreea and Dr. Thomas are two of the kindest and most understanding dentists I have ever met. They are professional, patient, and always make me feel comfortable during my visits. The reception staff are amazing, always polite, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or needs. Many thanks to Narcisa, Hazel, and Ioana, who have been absolutely wonderful over the years. I have been attending this clinic for more than 10 years, and the team has always been supportive and helpful. Two years ago I first went to Charlestown Dental Centre. Cannot remember the dentist name but she was wonderful. Over the last few weeks I've been receving top notch treatment from Dr Anca & her assistant. She explains everything and waste no time getting the work done using the latest equipment. On my last visit I told them they were ' two great women'. The receptionist Narcisa is very pleasant and helpful. Overall a great dental experience.
