We had a consultation today with Dr Inge Dorman following a recommendation, and although treatment hasn’t started yet, I was incredibly impressed by her expertise and approach with my son. She made him feel completely at ease, and he’s not at all worried about his upcoming treatments, which means so much to me as a mother.
The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the clinic itself looks fantastic, clean, modern, and very professional. We’re really pleased we chose this clinic and feel very confident moving forward.

I went to this clinic for a simple filling replacement, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
The dentist appeared clumsy and unprofessional — she repeatedly pointed her headlight directly into my eyes, making the procedure very uncomfortable. Her assistant seemed inexperienced or unable to understand English, which led to constant miscommunication. The dentist had to repeat the same instructions multiple times, and the whole situation felt chaotic and unsettling.
The next day, I was in significant pain and returned to the clinic. I was told I needed either a root canal or a tooth extraction, along with antibiotics and painkillers. This didn’t sit right with me, so I sought a second opinion at another clinic.
Thankfully, the new dentist was able to remove the poor work done at Blackrock and properly fix my tooth. The pain disappeared completely — no root canal, no extraction, and no medication needed.
I found the approach at Blackrock to be dishonest and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I started attending Blackrock Dental about 16 months ago, it was recommended to me by my daughter as she had a very positive experience there with her own dental work.
In total I've had about 4 appointments having crowns replaced and new veneers and bridge work done.
From my first appointment I have been very pleased with my treatment, Morgan and his team have been wonderful putting me at ease from the moment I sat in the chair.
Every step of the process was explained thoroughly to me and I felt I was in safe hands. I'm absolutely delighted with the final result and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who needed work done. They are clearly very passionate about helping their clients to get the best results possible.
