Great welcome from the receptionist!! Couldn't help anymore if she tired, very efficient and could answer any questions I had! Dentist was absolutely lovely and made me feel really comfortable as im a very nervous person even though im years going the dentist i still hold the fear!! All round great experience 👍

Dental visit really very good. The receptionist was friendly and well organised. The dentist I visited called “Osama “ was excellent. I had two filings done and I experienced very little pain. I would recommend this dental practice to other people.

This was my first time in this dental practice since the change over to new management. It was an excellent experience from first contact with the receptionist to the actual examination by the dentist. They were very courteous professional explained everything well. They also recommended getting dentures can't recommended them more highly.

I attended the open day for this new dental practice and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. To begin with, there was nothing outside the practice to indicate that an open day was taking place. There were no signs, balloons, or any form of welcome, which made me question whether I was in the right place. When I entered the reception area, the receptionist did not acknowledge me and continued eating her lunch without looking up. After waiting for a minute or two, I was simply told to take a seat. My consultation with the dentist was pleasant enough, but things went downhill when it came time for my X-ray. The dental assistant appeared unfamiliar with how to operate the machine and had to call a colleague for assistance. The colleague's manner was abrupt and unprofessional. Rather than explaining what was needed, he used hand gestures to direct me and spoke in a rude and dismissive manner throughout the process. Following my visit, I was told I would receive a follow-up call, which did happen. However, the treatment plan discussed during the call was completely different from what had been discussed during my appointment, leaving me with little confidence in the practice's communication and record-keeping. As a new practice hosting an open day, I expected a welcoming, organised, and professional experience. Instead, I encountered poor customer service, unprofessional behaviour, and inaccurate follow-up information. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.

Brilliant service as always. Shane and the staff are very welcoming. Shane eases any worries you have with his mannerism and his casual conversations. Cannot recommend highly enough

Was only me second time to be in a dentist I needed an emergency extraction I was in serve pain for 3/4 days constant while having to still work, and every member of staff was absolutely professional and amazing, there were able to get me in the very next morning for the procedure, can’t explain how amazingly it went was there for maybe half hour 40 minutes and left pain free the relief was one of the greatest feelings, extremely experienced dentist he’s a magician!! Would highly recommend to anyone

It's was so busy. My appointment was 230. Didn't get seen till 300. The Dentist was really nice. Very supportive

Receptionist was welcoming & professional. Dentist & Dental Nurse were both friendly, reassuring & looked after both my sister & myself.
