I haven’t been to a dentist in a while as I’m a nervous patient but I went for an examination at Zental and Dr Ahmed Farooq and his assistant were amazing! Very friendly and kind. The clinics interior is beautiful and it’s such a nice environment. Reception staff are very helpful and lovely too. Very nice first impression.

I have very good experience at Bexleyheath Zental. I like location, comfort and attention to details. The staff at reception very kind, attentive and professional. Zental has sometimes good deals and reasonable prices compare to similar places. I have putted dental implants by Dr. Rashid. From beginning, I have to say this, I was sceptical because of the bad experiences that I had with dentist but with Dr. Rashid it was completely opposite. He was open in communication with me about my dental problems and he gave me a couple of suggestions how to resolve this. He has a lot of experience, open mind in communication with me and professionalism. I want to give a positive feedback about Dr. Rashid. I will recommend him to my friends and family and I quite happy, so far, with results. Thank you Zental!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Abdul took the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. Their calm and gentle approach made a huge difference, and I barely felt any discomfort at all. The level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. Everything ran smoothly and on time, and I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone who may feel anxious about dental visits. This experience has completely changed my perspective, and I’m actually feeling much more confident about future appointments.

Dr Choi is incredibly warm, welcoming, professional and attentive. She has cared for my daughter since our very first consultation for her braces. She consistently makes her feel comfortable and at ease at every visit. She is highly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly and always answers our questions thoroughly. I would wholeheartedly recommend her, along with all the staff at the Bexleyheath branch. The receptionists are very warm and welcoming. The service has been outstanding at every appointment, truly 10/10. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr Choi, Dr Bussuri, Dr Patel and all of the staff.

Absolutely brilliant The receptionists are fantastic, was so reassured and looked after , I received nhs treatment from my local dentist and I’m traumatised from that person spending 40mins trying to remove my tooth and not being able to that left me with phobias I didn’t have so I looked else where and came across Zental , I am now never going anywhere else , the price is amazing and the work and treatment was amazing, definitely going to be my new dentist I’m recommending to all I encounter. Picture is after sedation and tooth extraction my best friend took it 😂

Everyone at Zental is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better Dental Surgery. I’m a nervous patient and had the sedation for an implant procedure. I’m have ADHD and Autism, so dentist visits have always been a serious stressor. But they made it a wonderful experience and I would recommend sedation to everyone!

Very modern and good looking clinic, the receptionist was so friendly and professional. I really liked the atmosphere there. They had a nice waiting area.

I recently had a wisdom tooth extracted with sedation by Dr Taran. From start to finish the experience with Zental and Dr Taran was fantastic. From reception staff to clinical staff patient centred care is a priority. It feels like they’ve really changed the shape of dentistry with the concept of Zental!
