Was not the most positive visits. Even though I am a nhs patient who is a nervous patient I had to pay £100 for 1 filling. When I queried this as a nhs patient I was told that I was informed at my last visit this was the case and I was given paperwork to explain which I can honestly say I was not told this at any point. I feel that this was very poor. I would not recommend this practice I can honestly say I’m angry. Because all they say is you were told. Well I might be old but my memory is not bad and I have a great head for numbers especially when it is concerning my finances. If I knew them I would not have booked an appointment for 1 filling which they said I needed 🤬😡
I honestly don’t understand how someone with this attitude is working at the front desk, and I really hope the manager or owner of this practice sees this review. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I went there because I needed an emergency appointment and asked if there were any cancellations. I was speaking politely to another receptionist and asked if they could check with the dentist to see if there was any way to fit me in. Suddenly, the blonde lady with glasses started shouting at me, even though I wasn’t even speaking to her. I was simply asking for help because I was in pain. Her behaviour was extremely rude, aggressive and completely unprofessional. Patients come to a dental practice for help, not to be shouted at by reception staff. Because of the way I was treated, I had no choice but to walk out. Very shocking and disappointing experience. I really hope management addresses this.
Highly professional team. Very experienced and thorough dentist; who explained things in a way that allowed me to make an informed decision. She could not do enough for me! And a really lovely and polite receptionist. I was very grateful for the service I received today

Dr Patel was good; he spent time with patients and explained. His replacement I suspect is not completing charting, no explanation of BPE scores, no guidance or support. I'm not one to complain but this has happened consistently. I have serious concerns about the quality of care.
Had my emergency appointment there recently as my dentist practice failed to provide me with one. They have been able to provide me with same day appointment for tooth extraction. It's rather small practice but let me tell you the ladies working on reception are the most welcoming and kind people I meet for long time. My practice should take a note how reception should look like. The dentist that seen me was also really professional and pulled my wisdom tooth ,that was in extremely hard position, in no time. I'm really happy with whole experience and if I will be able I will be changing my practice to this one. Thank you again to the lovely ladies on reception ❤
I've been a patient at Yew Tree Dental, led by Dr. Dipesh Patel, for many years and have always been impressed with the exceptional care I've received. Dr. Patel is consistently polite, professional, and takes the time to explain every procedure in detail, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dental team, are friendly and courteous, particularly when booking appointments. I've never had any issues with dental work under Dr. Patel's care, and I highly recommend Yew Tree Dental to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. We have been using Yew Tree Dental Care for many years and always had a professional and positive experience with Dipesh Patel. More recently have liked the fact that we can book our 6 month reviews before we leave the current consultation which is really handy for busy schedules. Highly recommend
