5/5 Stars – I’ve never been a big fan of the dentist and used to get incredibly anxious about dental work. While I still get a little nervous, the team at Windle House Dental completely puts my mind at ease. They walk me through everything they are going to do, which helps so much.
The whole team—from the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentists—is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. They genuinely remember my whole family, asking about my middle child’s school progress or my eldest child new job.
Because I work away, my schedule can be unpredictable. There have been a few times I've been called away last minute or even missed an appointment, and they have been incredibly understanding and accommodating every single time. My kids absolutely love them, too. Amazing dental work and an all-around fantastic team!
I would highly recommend Windle House Dental for both the dental and administration aspects. The dental work I have had has always been explained thoroughly and carried out expertly and considerately. Any concerns have been dealt with immediately and, again , considerately. The reception staff are both professional and friendly.
Would not recommend this dental practice or how it treats it patients. My reminder calls were terminated for check up appointments due to unknown reasons… which resulted in me missing appointments. Other patients regularly receive these calls. Because of this I have been removed from the patient list. Their response to my question on why I stopped receiving any reminders was ‘you are responsible for your own life and do shut the door on the way out’. Disgusting Management and also complaints handling.

Needing to have new dentures I had the pleasure of meeting Imane and her dental nurse Lea for the first time and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and I can’t Thank them both enough for giving me my Smile back.

I really recommend windle house dental and its staff especially Imane and Lea as dental practitioners. I'm a 45 year old who is autistic and I have mental health issues and I find it very difficult to go to the dentist because of my disabilities and I have bad oral health. When I went for my first appointment with Imane and Lea, they considered my disabilities and mental health and they made me feel very calm and comfortable and they didn't judge me. They adapted their procedures to fit my needs and they have improved my oral health. I now continue to attend my dental appointments with Imane and Lea, where as before I would have never left my front door to attend a dentist appointment.
I was really apprehensive about having a filling because I’d previously had one done at a different dentist and it left me with a lot of sensitivity. This time, however, I didn’t feel a thing! I was offered anaesthetic beforehand in case it hurt, but I didn’t even need it.
The whole experience was completely comfortable. The dentist was friendly, professional, and affordable. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience — thank you again!
From receiptionist, to assistant and dentist the team was fabulous in my first appointment. I received good care and a detail look into my dental health along with tips and tricks. The team was also able to sort me out on the spot with a hygienist appointment thanks to availability. I would recommend this place. Do bear in mind streets nearby may be challenging to park in so scout the place ahead of time if coming by car.
I'm very happy with Windley house Dental. Imane and the other lady who is working with her are the most dearest and understanding ladies I have come across since checking my teeth. Imane exercise patience and understand when I say it's hurting. She finds a way to ease the pain and makes me feel comfortable enough. Many will understand that there's always some fear of pain when one has to go to the dentist because this part of us is very sensitive but Imane does it well for me and I hope she will be taking care of my teeth on the 12th of February. I'm not in no way having or leaving the impression that the others are not doing the same but that's my experience since I have not been seen by anyone else. Thank you Imane and my other gorgeous lady who works with her I forgot your name. Will try to remember next time. 👍🏾😊💃🏾🌹🌹
