I've had a hygienist appointment, a check-up and two root canal appointments so far, and I've been really happy with the care I've received.
The whole team is friendly, welcoming and professional, and there's a great atmosphere every time I visit. It genuinely feels like everyone cares about their patients, and appointments have always been easy to book.
I also really like how modern and well organised everything is. The online forms, email appointment confirmations and text reminders make everything really straightforward, and the technology they use is impressive too. I even had a 3D scan done in a dedicated scanning room, which made the whole process feel very thorough and reassuring.
I've always been quite nervous about going to the dentist, but if I'd found this practice sooner, I honestly don't think I'd have such a fear of dentists now. The team has made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. I'd definitely recommend them.
My 15 year old son had a double tooth extraction and was treated with respect and empathy. We even managed a giggle whilst waiting for the anesthetic to take effect despite how nervous he was. The dentist and assistant helped to put him and myself at ease and were very professional. Also I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly the extraction went. I have full trust in Westbury Dental Care.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care from a Long-Time Patient!I have been a patient and my family too, of Dr Kunal Patel at Westbury Dental Care for many years, and I always receive unbelievably amazing care.
I started going to him when my two girls were really young and now they are adults themselves and still get treated by Dr Kunal Patel.
My visit today, however, was truly like no other. The customer service was completely seamless, comforting, and deeply empathetic from start to finish. Having a tooth extracted is never a pleasant experience, but from the moment I arrived at Westbury Dental Care I was put completely at ease. The staff were kind, professional, and reassuring throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely well cared for, and the procedure was handled smoothly and efficiently.
