⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazing experience with Vinci Hair Clinic for my recent FUE transplant! The entire process—from the first consultation right through to the surgery day—was seamless and highly professional. The clinical staff were incredibly supportive, welcoming, and meticulous with their work. The procedure itself was relaxed and very comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-tier hair restoration. Big shout out to Mo, Rachel, Alison and dr Amoha there just the names I know the whole team was brilliant!
I also want to address some of the negative comments regarding graft numbers and hairlines. I can assure you that the clinic is completely honest about graft counts. The final number depends entirely on an individual's unique donor area, genetics, and lifestyle factors—not the clinic. Furthermore, the consultants never rush the process; they are truly world-class professionals, which is exactly why high-profile individuals and celebrities trust them. As for the critiques about hairlines not looking perfectly symmetrical or matching personal preferences right away, you have to consider a multitude of medical and facial factors. The team designs the best possible hairline for your specific facial structure, and any perceived imperfections are usually down to realistic individual healing limits rather than the clinic's fault. If you want your hair restored properly, this is the absolute best investment you can make.

I had my hair transplant done here back in November and had a great experience from start to finish. Martin, my consultant, was very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. He explained every step of the process clearly and was always available whenever I had questions before the procedure.
On the day itself, Dr Jen took great care of me and explained how everything was going to happen throughout the day. All of the nurses were fantastic as well, very patient, professional, and attentive, and they really made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure.
Overall, the staff were extremely professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
From the start to the finish, Vinci hair clinic were amazing. Neil McAleese was my consultant and he was friendly, helpful, informative and organised. On the day of the transplant, friendly staff greet you in a fabulous reception, putting you at ease. During the process you are made comfortable and looked after. Other than the injections, it was painless. I thoroughly recommend Vinci and their committed and friendly staff.

I chose Vinci London for my hair transplant clinic. Initially, I was a little reluctant, but I didn’t want to miss the window of opportunity before my hair loss progressed too far.
After an in-person consultation with Axel — which was free of charge — I felt much more comfortable. He was friendly, informative, and answered all my questions, so I booked my procedure for the following month.
On the day of the transplant, I arrived early, checked in, and had a discussion with the surgeon about my medical background and what I wanted to achieve. We talked through my expectations and the surgeon carefully mapped out my new hairline before the procedure began.
I then went down to the operating room and met the technician team. My head was shaved and the process started — around 2,900 grafts were extracted and implanted. The technicians were all extremely friendly and professional, and I was able to watch Netflix during the procedure, which made the whole experience feel very relaxed.
The aftercare has been superb. Any worries or questions I’ve had have been answered quickly, which really helps during the recovery process.
I’m now six months in and already receiving compliments on the results, which is very humbling. There’s still plenty of time for further density to come through, but I’m already very happy with the progress.
I would definitely recommend Vinci to anyone considering a reputable UK-based clinic. It’s also worth noting that the overall cost worked out the same to what I would have paid going to Turkey once flights and travel were included. The difference is that I didn’t have to deal with travelling abroad and after care issues — I was back home within an hour following the surgery.
It's been something that I've wanted for a long time and I even had it booked in somewhere else. Something about my current plans didn't fill me with confidence and I reached out to Vinci Hair. This is when I met Neil who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. As Neil had been through the process, he was able to talk from experience. Neil really cared about my journey, he wanted to ensure that I had all the information I needed, that I was doing it for the right reasons and that I was as best prepared for the process as possible (Not just a sales tactic that I'd experienced before). He arranged all the consultations with the team in Harley Street, including pre assessments, visits and tests needed beforehand from the medical team, in the days/weeks leading up to the procedure.
On the day of the procedure, we arrived early, completed the forms and requests for lunch (very good), had the consultation with the surgeon in regards to outcomes Vs expectations, then proceeded to check everything was okay prior to starting. (BP and pain meds!) The team worked effortlessly around me for the day, whether taking donor hair to transplanting it, they were professional and did their best to keep me hydrated and as comfortable as I could be. Nothing was too much so even if I needed a minute for something or another, to ask a question or just have a breather, they were brilliant. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the day with the process and timings.
Even the few days/week following the procedure, I had follow up calls with both the surgeon and Neil, who wanted to touch base and answer any outstanding questions I had regarding recovery.
Overall, I cannot recommend Vinci Hair enough for the care and compassion they have shown throughout my treatment. To the kind receptionist welcoming me at the clinic, to the surgical team, the medical team, the progression photos lady and all the staff in between, it was incredible and I can't wait to see the results over the next 6-12 months.
I’ve had a great experience with Vinci. They were great the whole way through, well looked after by their amazing team before, during and after the procedure. I’m 8 months post hair transplant and the results, even only this far, are more than I could have hoped for. Looking forward to the future and how my hair will look in a year!
