I’ve been visiting the Belgravia Centre for just over five years, and I’m extremely grateful that I decided to go. I was very worried about my hair loss, but their treatment not only stopped it from progressing — it has significantly improved the texture and thickness of my hair.
They were straightforward from the beginning: “If you take two pills a day, we can save your hair.” I followed their guidance, and it worked.
I’m genuinely thankful to the staff at the Belgravia Centre. They’ve been consistently supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and they made my decision to trust their judgement completely worthwhile.

The staff are very warm, knowledgeable, and professional. All my concerns have been listened to and properly addressed. All the trichologists that I have interacted with so far have been very understanding and helpful.
The hair treatments have been my Highlight; very relaxing and beneficial. Special mentions to Izzy and Sarah who were very skilled and professional throughout the duration of the treatments.
Also grateful to Kristina, the treatment advisor, for all the time and effort she has dedicated to making options and treatment accessible to me.
All in all, a thoroughly positive experience. My only regret is that I should have visited sooner.

From the receptionists to the pharmacists and to the specialists every one is so kind, welcoming and comforting. Everyone makes sure you feel encouraged and not embarrassed to be there for hair treatments

I went to the clinic initially to explore whether I could improve my hair after postpartum hair thinning. I used to have quite thick healthy hair and after 2 kids it never went back to how it was. The clinic is very modern and pleasant, everyone made me feel comfortable and well looked after and the doctors are very reassuring and knowledgable. I went on a low dose and already saw a significant improvement even after 3mths, and I have now been on the treatment for 15mths and my hair is much thicker and stronger. The customer service is brilliant with scheduling appointments, running on time, timely responses to emails etc. i also really enjoy the clinical treatments which is very relaxing and pampering, but most importantly, the treatment definitely works! I would really recommend this clinic.
