I highly recommend Dr. Adam and the team at Dynamic Regenerative Medicine. I had 3 PRP hair treatment sessions, and I can already see a big difference in my hair density and thickness. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

I have painful thumbs! I saw Adam and he gave me a pain relieving steroid injection. Within a few days the improvement was been noticeable, although not completely pain free, I'm not in pain all the time. Adam told me it may take a week or so before I feel the full benefit. Adam was great, knowledgeable and reassuring. I'd recommend seeing him.

I had a very positive experience at Dynamic Clinic while getting treatment for my knee.
The hyaluronic injections really helped, and everything was handled professionally. Adam was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend for anyone with knee or joint issues.
I damaged my Rota cuff tendon diving from a boat in August 23.
I gave it rest for a few months but no improvement, I couldn’t lift my arm up and upper body training completely stopped.
I seen a consultant in November 23 and had an MRI scan.
The result was thickening of the supraspinatus tendon with 7 x 8 mm articular side near full-thickness tear of the anterior fibres. Only few superficial fibres were intact and there was a possibility a full thickness tear.
The consultant recommended a Cortisone injection to see if it would help
After a couple of weeks it felt better, it lasted about 4 months. The pain then came back but this time it was different, the shoulder had developed adhesive capsulitus (Frozen shoulder)
The pain was a lot more intense and I had also lost mobility.
I seen the Consultant again and I was offered another Cortisone injection or if not surgery would be required because of the pain.
I couldn’t have an operation as the time off was too long and I had only just started my new job.
I asked if I could start PRP therapy instead. He agreed and I had one injection, I asked the Radiologist if if I could also have one injection in the shoulder capsule but they said they couldn’t do that and offered cortisone with joint manipulation instead which was pointless if I was having a PRP in the tear, as it would of reduced the healing.
I would also require a referral from the consultant as well.
All the medical studies showed the PRP should be repeated regularly but they wouldn’t do that as I had to see the consultant after each injection. This prevented me having regular injections due to my work pattern.
I was frustrated and reached out to Dynamic clinic. I spoke to Adam and straight away I knew he was the right physician to help.
We spoke about duel injections, one in the joint capsule and one in the tear, he also confirmed he would use Ultra Sound to guide it.
The combination of PRP with Sodium Hyaluronate had shown to have a Synergistic effect in medical studies so Adam recommended this.
We started one a month in August 24 with two combined injections ( PRP with Sodium Hyaluronate)in the tear and one on the shoulder capsule. Then we moved to one every other month and finally one every four months.
Each time there was an improvement
I had Physio with Adam as well and again he was great doing exercises that did not aggravate the shoulder.
( I had experienced shoulder pain after previous Physio)
February 26 I had another scan as the shoulder felt 95% better with almost full movement and no pain.
The results were better than expected the tear had healed and there was no sign of the frozen shoulder.
Report from MRI
Tendinopathy and partial tearing of the anterior margin of the supraspinatus tendon seen on the previous examination is no longer apparent, and the supraspinatus tendon appears normal. There is also less marked subacromial bursitis than on the previous examination.
The infraspinatus and subscapularis tendons are normal with no tendinopathy or tendon tear. (New)
Looking at past studies the repeated injection over this period of time have not been completed. With Adam being very fair with his pricing I was able to have more injections as each time I felt improvement.
If anybody has researched shoulder Rota cuff tears they just don’t heal on their own as the blood supply is poor.
What Adam has done for me is give me my life back. I’m now trainings not waking up in pain at night and then taking pain killers to get back to sleep.
The rota cuff MRI shows it is not only healed but pain free.
I can’t thank him enough and can’t recommend him highly enough.
Please if you are in the situation give him a go before you go for surgery.

Getting the PRP hair treatment was honestly one of the best choices I’ve made. The difference is huge.. before, my hair was really thin, my scalp was visible through my parting, extreme hair fall and it made me so self-conscious. Now, my hair looks fuller, and I feel so much more confident. Adam has been amazing throughout the process – professional, honest, and really focused on results.
