I had quite bad knee pain just 4 weeks before the London Marathon. After months of training, I wasn't willing to let all that hard work go to waste by missing out on race day. I came across MSK Clinic and signed up for their running physio service — and it turned out to be the best decision I made.
I was assigned Ritika as my physiotherapist, and she was absolutely incredible. From the very first session, she recognised my determination to run the marathon and immediately got to work on a recovery plan tailored around my goal. We completed several sessions of shockwave therapy alongside a structured strength training plan, and she gave me practical tips on how to manage and reduce pain during my runs.
I implemented everything she advised, and on race day I ran the London Marathon completely pain-free and feeling my absolute best. Ritika worked what I can only describe as a miracle. Beyond her expertise, she is also a wonderfully warm and caring person, which made every session a pleasure.
I'm so grateful I found MSK Clinic. The level of care and support I received was truly exceptional. I genuinely could not have crossed that finish line without them.
I started seeing Courtney after my son was born via C-section. My main goals were to rebuild my core strength, get professional advice on managing my postpartum diastasis recti, and safely return to running.
Since I started working with her, I have regained so much strength in my abs, and I am happily back to running and genuinely enjoying it again!
I cannot recommend her highly enough for any postpartum mums. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly understands how to help you recover safely.

I’ve been struggling with frozen shoulder for nearly a year before finally booking at MSK Clinic Physio, and I honestly wish I’d gone sooner.
Emma was brilliant she explained everything clearly using the ultrasound, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the injection. Within a couple of weeks my pain had improved massively, Ive been sleeping better and could move my arm properly again without pain.
Would absolutely recommend for anyone with frozen shoulder. Top top results from a warm team of people..
I saw Courtney Borg, Women’s Health Physiotherapist at MSK Clinic Physio, for sciatica that developed during my pregnancy. Courtney was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and professional throughout my treatment. The sessions were very helpful, and she guided me with targeted exercises and advice that helped me overcome the sciatica while also improving my posture and core strength. I felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking women’s health physiotherapy.
