My son was a bright, energetic 14-year-old teenager when, in April 2025, a family event took a negative turn and deeply affected him. Friendly receptionist, informant consultants and amazing nurses! Have been coming for PRF hair for 6 months and I and others have seen improvements in the crown area thought not fully brought out to life there is some time to wait and see full results.
The nurse I had, Emilija was amazing and very friendly and explained everything well throughout the process.
I like that they ask for a review after 6 months, I can now give an accurate review. Este are great! Unlike other hair transplant companies I approached, Este were all about the aftercare. I'm sat in my weekly lazer treatment aftercare chair right now on Leeds, just had my Dermaroll and Minoxidil done by the clinician (all provided as part of the package). I went to their Istanbul clinic for the procedure, I travelled alone but was treated like a VIP the whole way with drivers provided at the other side to move me around between airport, hotel and clinic. How's my hair? I'm naturally curly and my new hair is thick and full after 6 months, about 1.5-2 inches long, and apart from the crown at the back has fully filled in. The crown takes longer, per my research. I had 5700 grafts, that's a full head front and top. Highly recommend Este.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic.
I contacted them to ask about appointment availability before paying a £70 deposit, which I think is a reasonable question as a potential customer. Instead of receiving clear and helpful information, I was told I needed to pay the deposit first before any availability could be discussed.
I also received a voice note which came across as unprofessional and pressuring in tone, including the statement that payments were the “priority,” which felt like an odd and off-putting thing to emphasise when dealing with a new enquiry.
Rather than feeling informed and reassured as a potential client, I felt rushed into making a payment without basic transparency about booking options.
Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed. Customer service and communication are extremely important when choosing a provider, and unfortunately this did not meet a professional standard for me.
