I had such an amazing experience with the dentists and staff at Victoria Clinic! Today I had a root canal treatment with Dr Moheen Khan, and I cannot praise him enough. He was incredibly thoughtful, professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. I was extremely nervous beforehand, but he made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was carried out so smoothly that it completely changed my perception of visiting the dentist. Assistant Alex was wonderful too, wishing him good luck in his future career!
I also had a consultation with Dr Shilpa, who was equally wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, taking the time to explain and answer every question I had. Her guidance and honest advice were greatly appreciated.
Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and caring, creating such a positive and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
Thanks to this fantastic team, I now feel confident and relaxed about future dental visits. I genuinely feel that I am in safe hands at Victoria Clinic. Thank you all so much for your outstanding care, kindness, professionalism, and dedication to your patients. I had a brilliant experience at Victoria Clinic. The customer service staff make an effort to be understanding towards patients. I felt seen and listened to. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr Anna, who treated my front incisors. They needed work on both colour and shape, and despite the time constraints, the doctor did her very best to achieve a very aesthetic end result in a short space of time. I would like to recommend Dr Anna to anyone who needs composite fillings replaced and to those who wish to improve the appearance of their teeth. You really will be in good hands! The range of dental services available in the clinic is truly impressive. The costs - Iwould say that they are about normal average; the dental practice is really well-equipped, and there’s a positive atmosphere at the clinic. 😊

My son had cauterisation for his nosebleeds with Dr Lesniewicz, and I am very happy with the care he received. Dr Lesniewicz was
professional and reassuring, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
The waiting time was short, and the procedure was carried out efficiently. Thank you for the excellent care.
Worse experience in my life ,(Dentist) Prices were much higher than elsewhere, but the quality of work was soo poor. I had to go to another clinic to have the treatment redone, which cost me more money and time.
Communication was also unclear and unhelpful, and I felt there was no proper care or attention to detail.
Overall, I would not go back and do not recommend this clinic to anyone, newer going back
I had an excellent experience at Victoria Clinic. From the first appointment, I felt listened to, taken seriously, and treated with real professionalism.
The consultant was thorough and clear, explaining everything carefully and outlining the next steps without rushing me. The staff were incredibly responsive and efficient, especially when I needed documentation and follow-up support. Communication was prompt and reassuring throughout.
In what could have been a stressful situation, the clinic made the process smooth and well organised. I’m genuinely grateful for their care and would highly recommend them.
Dr Shah provided outstanding care and professionalism. I called first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment and was seen within two hours, which I truly appreciated. Especially whilst being first time in Manchester. She took the time to clearly explain the issue I had, the procedure required, and made me feel very reassured throughout the whole process.
The treatment was handled with great care and professionalism. Dr Shah explained the aftercare in detail and made sure I understood everything before leaving. I was also very impressed to receive a follow-up call a couple of days later to check how I was feeling.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Anna for her excellent work. All procedures were carried out quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. It is clear that Anna is a highly skilled dentist who truly cares about the comfort and well-being of her patients.
I would also like to highlight the pleasant atmosphere in the clinic — the entire treatment process was calm, stress-free, and very comfortable. You feel in safe hands from the very first minute.

Very disappointing experience with Victoria Clinic.
My 17-year-old daughter attended this clinic only for upper and lower retainers. We clearly explained beforehand that we did NOT agree to orthodontic treatment and only wanted retainers.
Despite this, the clinic charged an additional £250 “treatment/laboratory fee” without proper parental consent. My daughter is a minor.
We only received the upper retainer. The lower retainer was never provided. After multiple emails and formal complaints, the clinic completely stopped responding and ignored us.
Be very careful, especially if your child attends appointments without a parent present. In our experience, money was taken for services that were not properly agreed to and were not fully provided.
I now have to escalate this matter to Monzo chargeback, Dental Complaints Service, and the General Dental Council.
Extremely unprofessional handling of a complaint and very upsetting experience overall.
