I just want to say how truly happy I am with the service. The team is superb—hardworking, patient, and incredibly supportive. They were there for me during a very difficult time, listened to me as a patient, and provided every bit of help I needed. Thank you all — you are the best! Overall my experience here has been a very good NHS service. I can get an appointment when much needed. Most staff are honest and not pushy. The old doctors eg Dr Bishoni and Dr Kholivhave been good. The Receptionist are good listeners e.g. Shoaib and Agnes pay attention to details and are patient when asked questions for helping with online options and appointments.

I just wanted to leave a review for Agnieszka at the surgery reception. Every time I’ve spoken to her she has been so helpful, patient and understanding. She actually takes the time to listen properly instead of rushing you, which really makes a difference when you’re stressed or worried. She’s always professional but also very caring, and you can tell she genuinely wants to help people. No problem ever feels like too much for her and she always tries her best to find the right solution. Good receptionists are the heart of a surgery and Agnieszka truly is an asset to the team. Her kindness, empathy and hard work definitely deserve recognition. Thank you for everything you do.

I would like to say that although it takes a long time to get through to the surgery phone, there is one particular receptionist called Geeta who goes out her to help the patients. She is very courteous and makes sure she deals with your query professionally

I had a great experience with Dr. Meenakshi Dabas. She listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Her approach is very professional caring. At Upton Lane Medical, she handled my treatment really well

Took my mum here and had a check up appointment with dr Shanker pr. As a person that fully understands both languages he speaks, I (and my Mum) left the room confused. Not only that, the doctor seemed to focus more on persuading me to give him a 5 star review under his name, keeping me in his sight so he knows I posted it. So here I am posting a 1 star (would do 0 if possible) under this embarassing moment for him. do better.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who understands English quiet well, my mother came in and the chubby white skin lady was very rude towards my mother which happened around some time last week around 4pm, i can hear that she was on loud speaker to the patient which isn’t nice as patients can hear confidential information not only that my mother heard her speak in her own language which was probably about my mother, I wasn’t there as I live far out from London. Does the manager even take any form of action and I hope this doesn’t happen again. No wonder why patients complain about their staff. I do want to thank Dr Mabel for helping my Mother.

Went there this morning at 8am with a repeat medical issue which is giving me pain & constant toilet trips in last 24hrs. The reception lady was not so happy in the morning, the feeling was 'not bothered'. Get an appointment for 11:15. Seen straight away, doc understands & does the prescription. Go to the chemist & they out of stock. They also mention the prescription is wrong. I go to another chemist, they wont process the prescription cause somethimg on there is wrong. I go back to the surgery, only to be told i have to wait til 15:00 hrs for my prescription again. Thats another 4 hours mostly in toilet & 4 hours of pain. Not that anyone cares in the surgery. Thank you upton lane for the great service !
