Overall my experience here has been a very good NHS service. I can get an appointment when much needed. Most staff are honest and not pushy. The old doctors eg Dr Bishoni and Dr Kholivhave been good. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who understands English quiet well, my mother came in and the chubby white skin lady was very rude towards my mother which happened around some time last week around 4pm, i can hear that she was on loud speaker to the patient which isn’t nice as patients can hear confidential information not only that my mother heard her speak in her own language which was probably about my mother, I wasn’t there as I live far out from London. Does the manager even take any form of action and I hope this doesn’t happen again. No wonder why patients complain about their staff. I do want to thank Dr Mabel for helping my Mother.

Went there this morning at 8am with a repeat medical issue which is giving me pain & constant toilet trips in last 24hrs. The reception lady was not so happy in the morning, the feeling was 'not bothered'. Get an appointment for 11:15. Seen straight away, doc understands & does the prescription. Go to the chemist & they out of stock. They also mention the prescription is wrong. I go to another chemist, they wont process the prescription cause somethimg on there is wrong. I go back to the surgery, only to be told i have to wait til 15:00 hrs for my prescription again. Thats another 4 hours mostly in toilet & 4 hours of pain. Not that anyone cares in the surgery. Thank you upton lane for the great service !
