The facility even though private was poorly kept, very old carpets, lift not functioning. I had a stress cardiac MRI and it was quite dizzying and tiring after but I had to climb up the stairs. The changing robe was old and tatty. The staff at the reception was lovely and helpful and so was the lady staff in the MRI room but the male staff could be a little gentler in his handling. I understand that for the staff it may be an everyday affair but for a new patient it’s not. Did not feel at all like a private facility at all.
We were greeted warmly at Reception. The waiting room was clean and airy. Ben came on time or slightly early and greeted us with a pleasant smile. Took us downstairs. Gave my husband a place to wait. Understood that I was extremely anxious. Was very reassuring. Took me into the examination room Explained the procedure patiently and was in touch with the cardiologist. All in all Ben was very kind , professional and efficient. I feel very fortunate that Ben carried out CT Angio. Ben was superb.
The reception staff were professional and welcoming, and the waiting area was pleasant with water, coffee, and biscuits available. However, there was no recovery room after treatment. We had to wait about 20 minutes before leaving and would have appreciated a private space to rest and speak with the doctor. Discussing things in front of other patients felt uncomfortable, and it may also increase anxiety for those waiting. We were surprised that a clinic of this standard did not provide a private recovery area.

The staff were very attentive at caring.
Notable staff worthy of great praise were the imaging team , especially Diana,Beth and Callum.
My experience was definitely positive.
CT Scan appointment was punctual, and professionally carried out. Thoroughly reassured and prepared for the process and, inspite of my severe claustrophobia, the team's confidence and cheeriness made the whole experience a pleasure.

This was my second visit to UME Health on Harley Street, and once again the experience was outstanding.
From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome and at ease. Everyone is incredibly polite and professional, and you never feel rushed. What I really appreciated is how clearly they explain everything before starting any procedure. They make sure you fully understand what’s going to happen and always let you know before they do anything, which makes a big difference, especially when you’re feeling anxious.
The clinic itself is spotless and very well organised, which also gives you confidence straight away.
